A computer Operating System KERNEL attempts to Share Sources and Schedule Work.
The goals of human GOVERNANCE are similar.
Each must confront Hoarding to prevent Starvation.
Most KERNELS are better than most GOVERNMENTS at achieving a `fair` distribution of Sources and Work.
Could we buy land to make tiny private cities, where you work-to-own your home and the supply-chains required to produce all essential goods and services, and enough surplus to:
1. Pay External Taxes
2. Pay Financial Investors
3. Increase Vertical Integration
4. Buy More Land!
?

B: Ugh, what do you even mean?
A: Well, we Pay to Wash, Heal and Eat.
A: But without basics, mental anguish.

GIVEN: We must have HOME and FOOD.

CLAIM: We can sell that COIN to buy that LAND.
CLAIM: We can hold that LAND to make RENT ZERO.

Could we own the Sources of Production **in groups** to make the goods and services we need?
