Even Momoshiki considered Sage Mode Naruto a nuisance and teamed up with Code to take him down. That alone says a lot about the power difference between Unlimited Code and Sage Mode Naruto. On top of that, Naruto's Sage Mode sensory abilities would allow him to track Code without much trouble, no matter where he pops out using claw mark. His physical strength is on another level, too. I'd say if Code fought Sage Mode Naruto in terms of raw strength, Naruto would've humbled him.

Adult Naruto in Kurama Mode vs. Current Boruto with Karma Version 2..Naruto has the highest chance of winning in hand-to-hand combat.
The outcome of this fight might be hard for many fans to accept, but I'm just pointing out the entire arsenal both characters have.
First of all, if adult Naruto uses Kurama Mode, Boruto can't take him on in base form. He would need to enter his Karma True Essence state. Even base Naruto can tank attacks from Fused Momoshiki, and Boruto, who possesses Momoshiki's base powers, would definitely need Karma True Essence to fight Naruto.
Boruto is a skilled fighter, just like Sasuke. However, even Sasuke isn't capable of overwhelming Naruto through sheer combat ability alone unless he uses the Outer Path's abilities to extract the Nine-Tails from Naruto.
Let's say the fight starts with Uzuhiko. Fans keep overhyping Uzuhiko, but Jura countered it using just the basic principles behind a Tailed Beast Bomb. Naruto is a monster who can even add chakra nature transformations to his biju dama making it one of the easiest ways for him to counter Uzuhiko.
Flying Raijin would also be practically useless against Naruto's Kurama Mode defence. What can Boruto do if he can't get close enough to break through it? You need raw strength on Jigen's level, backed by the Ten-Tails' enormous chakra reserves, to break through the Kurama Avatar's defence.
Naruto has fought Jigen and Momoshiki, so he knows how to deal with enemies who can absorb chakra. Sometimes Naruto might let his guard down forget and use ninjutsu, but he won't always make that mistake.
Boruto could use his Byakugan and Flying Raijin to look for an opening in Naruto's kurama avatar defence, but finding one would still be extremely difficult.
And let's not forget that Naruto can spam unlimited numbers of Shadow Clones. Even Jigen, despite having access to the Ten-Tails' enormous chakra reserves, was running out of chakra during his battle against Naruto and Sasuke. What can Boruto do against that level of pressure with his own chakra reserves?
Most fans don't even know that Shinjutsu consumes chakra too. Seriously, where does their headcanon even come from?
Unlike Jigen, Boruto can only absorb chakra using just one hand karma.. Even if he seems to have the upper hand at certain points, winning against a Nine-Tails jinchuriki with an enormous amount of chakra is a completely different challenge. Even if Momoshiki takes over Boruto, he would still be wary of Naruto.
Honestly, Boruto would need an insane level of physical strength, comparable to Jigen's strength with the Ten-Tails' chakra, to knock Naruto out and overpower him. Boruto hasn't demonstrated that exact level of strength against anyone.
Even if they continue fighting for a long time, Boruto would be at a disadvantage in an extended battle. Naruto can access the Tailed Beast's chakra, while Boruto would gradually run out of stamina.
Not to mention, Naruto can tank severe injuries and even life-threatening attacks. Boruto, on the other hand, could be in serious trouble if he lets his guard down even once and gets hit by one of Naruto's attacks.
Both characters have their own advantages in this matchup.
For example, if Borushiki traps Naruto in another dimension, it would be over for Naruto. However, that doesn't prove that Boruto is stronger than Naruto; it's a matter of hax rather than overall strength. Boruto basically doesn't have many straightforward ways to take Naruto down in a direct confrontation not a single one..
When using Karma, Boruto can absorb chakra with one hand, and his kenjutsu skills could make a difference. However, Boruto isn't a hand-to-hand combat specialist like Naruto; he relies more on kenjutsu. Sasuke can analyse Naruto's taijutsu through his Sharingan, but Boruto doesn't have a Sharingan to give him that same advantage. But byakugan also gives him advantage...

Madara would speed run almost anyone who doesn't have a reliable counter to his Limbo. The moment he regained his Rinnegan, he started dominating the entire battlefield, making Flying Raijin users look helpless and taking down an EMS user with zero difficulty.
Now think about it: blind Madara without sage mode speed-blitzed Sage Mode Naruto while Naruto still had Kurama inside him . And you're telling me adult Naruto without Kurama can compete with One-Rinnegan Madara, who has both the Rinnegan and Sage Mode?
