Sigh, seems the internet is interpreting this little clip as me promoting fraud… The irony is that I developed NimbusImage specifically with the goal of complete transparency: 1. You can share your entire data and full analysis with the world, no account required to view everything. 2. Can be deposited easily on Zenodo for a DOI. 3. NimbusImage is completely open source. For more context: What I posted was a quick demo just to show the functionality. In most automated analyses, you will often get misannotations that do not reflect your data ("cells" that are not cells, etc.). It is often difficult to find and remove those misannotations. NimbusImage makes that easy. Here's a better example.
