Fab idea!!
Finders keepers! Visit East Park and West Park on Sat 4th Feb and Sun 5th Feb to take part in a very special book treasure hunt with Black Country Reads for @wolveslitfest! Once you find a book, it’s yours to keep & read with your friends and family, as many times as you’d like!

Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood. ~ Fred Rogers
📖..when you know the words inside out and go to sleep saying them 😆.. but repetition is great for little ones 👇
Now this is a question we think a LOT of you will be able to relate to... is it okay if a child wants to read the same book over and over and over again?

We saw this on our nap walk this week, a reminder that play doesn't have to be fancy, all you need is some ideas (little ones have the best ones!) and a bit of time together. wolvesplaycafe.org/play.html #FunAndFriendly #EarlyYears #ExploratoryPlay #Play #Wolverhampton #StayAndPlay

Now's a great time to download our Spring Flower Spotter! We've already seen lots of these in flower so far this year - how many have you spotted? We've also caught the delicious aroma of wild garlic in the air. It won't be long until their starburst of white flowers are on show!
