Clearly reflects the narrow vision of the SC.
'Collegium' is unconstitutional and autocratic. It has been evolved by judiciary for retaining the power to select judges by itself.

Absolutely true. Even a brief less advocate of HC or SC but with good contact (of course) can straight away become My Lord, with alleged standing of 10 years. No need to sacrifice anything in preparing for competition. Remember Abhishek manu singhvi’s shortcut to be HC judge

1. OTP based login before entering data, so we can control fake data entry.
2. Team of telecallers to verify entered data before it goes live for public.
