It’s been a decade since two of the most financially captured health agencies in America admitted that:
dietary cholesterol has no appreciable effect on cholesterol in the blood
but there are still millions of people who are terrified of foods high in cholesterol because the belief still persists.
The American heart Association and the American College of cardiology both admit that cholesterol is no longer a nutrient of concern.
The advice was retracted 11 years ago but the fear still remains and I see evidence of it all the time.
Wild how such an important admission got zero press.
