Democrats have been dropping hints out in the open for months about what they'll do if they sweep the midterms. Now @DataRepublican has uncovered the terrifying strategy.
Thousands of internal transcripts and recordings reveal the DSA's operational plan to trigger a "doomsday scenario." They want to manufacture enough street chaos, like we're seeing in France, to force Trump to use the Insurrection Act in 2027. Then, they'll cry "fascism" until they can delegitimize federal authority and hand power to Democratic governors in a color revolution.
THIS IS WHAT THEY’VE ALWAYS BEEN PLANNING. Remember when Susan Rice threatened to hold corporations, law firms, and tech companies that cooperated with Trump "accountable" through subpoenas? And Sen. Elissa Slotkin recently admitted she wants to "scare" young professionals by creating "reputational risk" so nobody wants to serve in a conservative administration. They want to set the country on fire until you have no choice but to yield.

Another thing to understand: these are people who did regime change as a career before USAID was cut. And they were "successful" in many scenarios. These are the literal "CIA coup" people doing the plotting.

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 1: THE PLAN 🚨
I am working on gathering all the documents.
Now, here's something to understand about the "democracy" and protest ecosystem: almost nobody knows the 'grand plan' so to speak. They simply agree to play a role.
For example, 99% of people breaking stuff on the streets believe they're doing it out of an organic uprising. They don't see that the police have been ordered to stand down. They don't see that legal services have already been arranged for them. They don't see that foundations are paying for their bonds.
Similarly here, governors aren't participating in a pact to destroy the Constitution. Governors simply have agreed to push back on the Insurrection Act. The effect is the same: the governors end up playing a role in a grander plan.
I call this "shared epistemology" in my book Unelected. Motivations differ, people rarely agree to the big evil supervillain framing, but incentives all converge in the same end goal.
No Kings might not agree to explicitly tear down the Constitution, but they nonetheless work with DSA and will turn out millions of people if the right phone call is put in.
Here is one articulation of the plan - and crucially, since then, they have put many NGOs in their places to execute their proper role at all levels when the time is right.
Many more coming.

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 2: WHEN AND HOW TO DECLARE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ILLEGITIMATE 🚨
Some questioned whether a group of 200 ex-USAID officials could actually pull off their ambitions to rewrite the Constitution.
Here, they describe exactly how it works. They aren't working alone.
The videos all come from Renew to Thrive (R2T) group and associates. Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz play key roles within R2T.
R2T sits inside a much, much larger umbrella called United Democracy Alliance (UDA), which is an extremely hush-hush control plane of leaders from major "blocking" NGOs such as 50501 and Indivisible fulfilling various functions. UDA decides when protests get deployed, timelines, how to respond, all that.
R2T's role within UDA is concerned with "the day after tomorrow" - in other words, their function is to conceive what a rewritten American government will look like after the rest of UDA fulfills its purpose. As will be shown, Erica Chenoworth is credited with conceiving UDA in the first place under the Horizons "Big Tent" initiative.
Note here that National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A) is credited for operationalizing UDA. NSL4A is a group of 1,600 ex-military, intelligence, and diplomatic officials. They are led by Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith (Ret). NSL4A also played a key role in the "illegal orders" messaging which targeted Pete Hegseth. Zeitz is also a member of NSL4A.
It must be emphasized that the choice of a military-oriented organization to coordinate NGOs across domestic protests is an interesting one all in itself - especially in an umbrella conceived by a regime change expert like Chenoworth.
You will have a hard time finding any mentions of UDA in the public. They are extremely hush-hush and selective who they talk to.
Mike Smith himself makes a personal appearance in other calls, coordinating Insurrection Act exercises and roleplaying with R2G as one of the participants.
As the audio transcript shows, they have outlined a sequence of "redlines" in which case the federal government should be declared illegitimate. Invoking the Insurrection Act against "peaceful" protesters is one of the most discussed redlines. I will post the illegitimate criteria below, but basically, almost any effective pushback against NGOs is a measure of illegitimacy according to them.
Important to understand:
The audio shows they shopped this idea around governors, but the reality is that governors do not have to explicitly sign on to the pact to play their role in the coup. All they have to do is refuse troops in their state and let UDA / R2G do the work of dissolving the federal government.

Judge Reyes cut the public audio access line so none of the hearing could be covered outside of the courtroom.
“I don’t think that’s an appropriate action, your honor,” Woodward said, declaring that such a demand would put those lawyers “in an incredibly untenable” situation.
“I don’t care what you think,” the judge told Woodward, before walking back the barb.
I will order the transcript.

REVEALED: A left-wing network of elected officials is circulating a 2026 election playbook that points to calls to repeal local laws against RESISTING ARREST.
The network is Local Progress. Its members include mayors, district attorneys, city councilmembers and school-board members.
Its protest guide recommends:
• Repealing local laws against resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and loitering.
• Banning tear gas and rubber bullets.
• Limiting police dispersal orders.
• Promptly processing and releasing people arrested at public assemblies.
Its election bulletin calls for fast-track demonstration permits, assembly areas near polling locations and tabletop exercises involving police chiefs, prosecutors and mayors’ offices.
The materials also recommend a messaging guide that replaces:
“Election deniers” → “Election traitors.”
“SAVE Act” → “Voter Elimination Act.”
This agenda is being circulated to officials with power over local laws, policing and prosecution.

They are lying to you. The documents that Obama's henchmen took when they raided President Trump's home Mar-a-Lago is the evidence of their own crimes.
Here is the most important document, which Monaco and co secretly and retroactively re-classified few weeks before the Raid. It shows that Brennan's CIA operative masquerading as a "Cambridge University Professor" lied that I am a Russian spy who recruited Donald Trump's National Security Advisor. That kicked off the whole Crossfire Hurricane investigation of the senior Trump campaign advisor, then leading into Mueller etc.
So they stole the documents and charged President Trump under the Espionage Act for exposing Obama, Brennan, Comey and co.
Caught red-handed with sensitive national defense documents he was not legally entitled to possess, Trump obstructed justice by moving them around to evade detection. Now, he has the audacity to blame the investigators. His mentor, Roy Cohn, would be proud. Gift link

Wow… a sitting United States Senator walked into the University of Chicago and told a room full of students exactly what her side plans to do if they get the power back. Elissa Slotkin says she wants to look at "signature cases" and not just focus on the president "but on the people who enabled him," and then she said the rest out loud like she was reading a grocery list… she wants young people coming out of school to look at a job in the Trump administration and think "Lord, that might be buying myself a ton of problems that I don't want, and so let me avoid participating in that." Her words, "I want that deterrence message."
So let me make sure you heard it right. She is not talking about catching criminals, she is talking about making examples out of people so the next generation of conservatives is too scared to serve their own country. The target is not the man at the top, it is the young person fresh out of college who thought working for their country sounded like an opportunity.
Now keep in mind this is the same senator who refused to sit down with the DOJ back in February over her video telling troops they could refuse illegal orders, and who said on camera the Trump administration was using intimidation "to deter others from speaking out" and that "the intimidation is the point." Those were her words eight months ago. Today she wants a deterrence message aimed at kids coming out of school. So which is it, Senator? When they look at you it is intimidation, and when you do it to a young staffer it is policy?
I have lived on the receiving end of lawfare for years, and I can tell you the punishment is the process. They do not need to win the case, they need you to drain your savings, lose sleep, watch your family worry, and make sure everybody watching decides standing up is not worth it. That is the whole point and she just admitted it on a stage at the Institute of Politics like she was presenting a policy paper.
But hey… they are the party of norms, right? Think I am wrong? Watch the clip again and tell me what "deterrence" means to you.
This is what they will do with the gavel and the subpoena power if you hand it to them on November 3. Every young person who loves this country should hear this and do the exact opposite of what she wants… show up, serve, and refuse to be scared off.
@ElissaSlotkin, message received. We are not going anywhere.

Imagine taking $253 million of federal money through 48 grants, and when the Inspector General shows up asking the most basic questions any bookkeeper would ask… did these people exist, were they eligible, did they get the training, were the wages real… you go dark for four months and then call the questions too intrusive.
That is Minnesota. Tim Walz's Department of Employment and Economic Development sat on numerous requests for participant data on 26 grants worth $210,898,737 and handed over nothing, not a spreadsheet, not a file, nothing. Their excuse is privacy for 30,000 residents. Privacy? You took the money from the people of this country and now the people of this country are not allowed to see where it went?
Here is the reality. The IG memo itself says the missing data does not by itself prove the money was misspent, fair enough, and yet it also says nobody can verify whether participants existed, whether they got the services reported, or whether the reported wages were accurate. When you refuse to let anyone check, you are telling us exactly what the books look like. Honest people do not hide receipts. Anthony D'Esposito called it deliberate obstruction and he is right.
And keep in mind this is the same state that gave us Feeding Our Future, $250 million meant to feed needy kids gone out the door, in a state the administration says got bilked for as much as $9 billion. Walz walked away from his reelection bid saying he needed to focus on defending Minnesotans against the criminals who prey on their generosity… and his own agency cannot produce a single participant record for the auditors. How do you not see it?
I have seen this movie over and over. The money comes out of your paycheck, runs through Washington, lands in a state agency, flows out to subrecipients nobody can name, and when someone finally asks, the answer is always the same… trust us, it is too sensitive to show you. You are the one paying for it, and you are the one they treat like you have no right to ask.
Make no mistake, this is institutional rot and it is despicable. Subpoena every record, freeze these grants until every dollar is accounted for, and do not send one more cent to people who will not show the receipts.
Pray, Stand, Speak, ACT.

What all of you good people are thinking

The idea that "I'm not voting because " is avant-garde this year is pathetic. The data shows that you don't vote during midterms or have probably never voted.
Roughly one out of every two "Republicans" weren't going to vote in the midterms but 100% of them will complain later on when the country turns to total chaos in 2027.
Oh...and if this goes Kinetic later on....count on that same number of Republicans to be suspiciously absent when it goes hot.

👀Six Commissioners of the Wisconsin Elections Commission acted ultra vires - outside the law - by voting yesterday to ban all 1,800 municipal clerks from using the federal SAVE database to check voter citizenship just 18 days before the election.
They based their decision on a letter by (R) Commissioner @donmillis who lied by omission (explained below) to the Commission, to the election clerks, to the public.
This is (R) Assembly Representative Robin Vos' @repvos disgraceful acts of always screwing Wisconsin citizens, look what he has done:
1. he created the disaster of what is called the Wis. Election Commission
2. he, a Republican, has directly permitted sanctuary cities in WI
3. he lied, outright downright LIED to the State Assembly a few years ago claiming illegal aliens/non-residents were not getting driver's licenses (truth: they are and there are about 300,000 of them)
4. Robin Vos has constantly protected liar Meagan Wolfe (we have caught her lying to the public countless times, and, committing mail fraud by collecting and processing unlawful registration forms in partnership with a non-profit civic-tech out of Austin TX).
5. "Republican" Robin Vos stacks the Commission with his puppets as appointees: all six of them he chose or at least approved.
This is why @skrug75 @RepKrug @RepDaveMaxey @SenKnodl - all "Republicans" refuse to fix our fraudulent elections.
There were 24,080 illegal aliens who cast ballots in the 2020 election, in Wisconsin. They knew it, they created it, they use it. Wisconsin had 24,080 illegal aliens who cast ballots in the 2020 election. They voted since in other elections. That number is looking like it will go over 27,000.
Don Millis is a Commissioner on the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC). Yesterday he wrote a letter which omitted a significant exception in the very state statute he relied upon. In short, his letter uses a lot of ink to claim Wisconsin cannot use the SAVE citizenship verification to help protect our elections.
Yet Millis' letter failed to even mention Wis. Stat. 6.36(1)(bm) - which expressly permits WEC to transfer restricted voter-registration information - including DOB, driver's license and Social Security info - to a "law enforcement agency" for "law enforcement purposes".
The Department of Homeland Security is a federal law enforcement agency. Federal statute deems it so; but so does Wis. Stat. 165.77(1)(b) - with DHS clearly falling under that definition.
Why doesn't Millis' letter discuss 6.36(1)(bm) at all? @VickiMcKenna @RegJoeShow @DonMillis @BobSpindell @DanEastman2023 @WisConDigest @WisGOP @WIGOP6th @WisGOP7 @SenatorKapenga @JanelBrandtjen @RonJohnsonWI @AAGDhillon @EagleEdMartin @DHSgov @DHSGenCounsel @EagleEdMartin @realtinapeters @AGToddBlanche

RE: The Prosecution of Ilhan Omar
There are two competing storylines regarding the prosecution of Ilhan Omar. One such storyline is being peddled by the Democrat/Media Complex. The other storyline is one that same media will never report. I’ll let you decide which storyline is which.
Storyline #1: An inspiring immigrant woman escaped from poverty, genocide and Communist rule in the poorest nation on Earth, made her own way in the United States and rose to national prominence as a Congresswoman. However, because she is a vocal supporter for social justice, an evil Republican President/fascist dictator has targeted her for abusive prosecution on trumped-up, nonexistent charges. Now she stands for oppressed Americans everywhere as she fights the power.
Storyline #2: The wealthy, privileged daughter of a genocidal, Communist Somali army colonel who had been trained in the Soviet Union fled to America with her father so the two could escape torture, imprisonment and execution after the father’s genocidal, Communist regime leader was overthrown. Upon arrival in America, the father and the daughter both committed immigration fraud and illegally obtained U.S. citizenship (or never obtained U.S. citizenship, the story is unclear). The daughter then rose to prominence with the backing of George Soros and his massive network of NGOs and PACs, was elected to Congress, was controlled by Soros and other Neo-Marxist groups who may well have held her illegal alien status over her head to manipulate her, while she maintained close contact with organized crime lords inside Minnesota’s Somali community. The bottom line is that it seems an illegal alien with genocidal Communist roots was illegally elected to Congress where she has spent years promoting Communism, organized crime and destruction of our Constitution and our national institutions. This reads like a Tom Clancy novel, but it’s all true and is one of the worst scandal in U.S. history. Now, finally, a President with iron will is holding her and her network of Communist thieves to account for their crimes.
You decide which storyline is true and which is false.

I have a simple rule… when a movement nobody asked for shows up overnight with millions of dollars, slick PR and a bench of lawyers already on retainer, it did not come from the grassroots, it came from somebody's checkbook.
Glenn Beck asked why conservative movements struggle to gain footing "while DSA campaigns pop up overnight with millions in funding and expert-level PR?" and then he answered it… "a global network of NGOs, tax loopholes, and rooms full of high-priced attorneys specifically designed to exploit our own legal system against us." Read that again, because the last part is the one most of you skip right past while you are busy arguing with the kid holding the sign.
Let me explain. The people screaming in the street are the front men, Glenn said as much himself, and the money behind them moves through legal backdoors so nobody ever has to put their own name on the outrage. The nonprofit gets the tax break, the activist gets the camera, the attorneys get the courtroom, and you get to pay for all of it with your taxes, your legal bills and the damage to your own town. How is this even a thing in a country that pretends to care so much about transparency?
Now keep in mind, Glenn also said this is "much bigger than just George Soros." He is right, and that should bother you more than anything else in the clip, because you can expose one billionaire and the machine keeps right on running without him, funded by people whose names you have never heard, built as what he called a "manufactured machine designed to make fringe extremism look like mainstream consensus."
I have lived the lawsuit side of this for years, and I can tell you the attorneys are not an accident, they are the weapon. They do not need to win, they need you broke, tired and afraid to open your mouth again. Make no mistake, it is the whole play.
And yet the uniparty in Washington leaves that tax code wide open year after year and looks at you like you are crazy for even asking. Think I am wrong? Show me the last time one of these outfits paid a real price for running a street campaign with tax exempt money.
Glenn and @DataRepublican say they are mapping the entire dark money trail and handing you the tools to track it yourself. Good. Use them, follow the money, write down the names, and then go to your county and your statehouse and ask out loud who is paying the people who keep showing up at your city council meetings.
End stop.
Ever wonder why conservative movements struggle to gain footing while DSA campaigns pop up overnight with millions in funding and expert-level PR?
They have a global network of NGOs, tax loopholes, and rooms full of high-priced attorneys specifically designed to exploit our own legal system against us.
Trust me, this is much bigger than just George Soros. They’ve built a massive, manufactured machine designed to make fringe extremism look like mainstream consensus. And tonight, I’m going to map out the entire dark money trail and hand you the tools so you can track it yourself.

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Washington State after the Attorney General was asked in court if CHURCHES could be labeled EXTREMIST ORGANIZATIONS because of their "traditional views" on gender...
...and he WOULDN’T say no!!!
Yes, if your church believes what the Bible says about men and women, Washington state wouldn’t rule out calling it extremist.
...this matters more than you think, because Washington passed a law called SB 5974.
It lets a board appointed by the governor TAKE AWAY a sheriff’s badge, the voters get NO say.
One reason they can do it?
Supporting an “extremist organization.”
According to the sheriffs’ lawyer, one of the definitions of extremist in the state’s rules includes the “public marginalization” of someone’s gender.
So the sheriffs sued.
Their lawyer asked a simple question: what about a sheriff whose church teaches there are two genders?
The state’s answer?
Well... if you are giving to your church? Volunteering? Supporting what it teaches?
The state NEVER said that was safe, and they COULD take away your sherrif's badge as the law is currently written.
The sheriffs’ lawyer told the judge the Attorney General had “said the quiet part out loud.”
His words: it’s a RELIGIOUS TEST for public office.

- They have megadonors that donate a ton of dark money
- They break down that large money into a bunch of much smaller donation amounts
- They use real people’s information, many of them past donors
- They then put through the broken down donations in other people’s names with ActBlue
This is how Democrats can say their money comes from small individual donors, but it’s all a lie
Really it’s large dark money donations, fraudulently broken down and laundered through a whole bunch of people who never agreed or donated
It’s a giant money laundering operation

Newly released documents show that DC Chief Judge Beryl Howell was frustrated by constitutional and DC case law that dramatically limited the DOJ's access to Rep. Scott Perry's records.
Recall that the FBI snatched Perry's cell phone out of his hands while on a family vacation the day after the Mar a Lago raid. Biden's DOJ had targeted Perry in its Arctic Frost investigation--the criminal probe into the so-called "fake electors" plan and alleged efforts to "overturn" the 2020 election.
Howell signed an order allowing FBI investigators to access the phone contents--but she had to allow Perry to assert Speech or Debate Clause protections first. Which he did.
Long story short: DC circuit precedent--Rayburn--required court review of records obtained in an investigation to determine the privileged nature of any communications, documents. In a Nov 2022 order, after Jack Smith was appointed and took over the Perry investigation, Howell found that only 164 records out of more than 2,000 extracted from Perry's phone were privileged under Speech or Debate.
The DC appellate court immediately put a hold on her order pending Perry's appeal. In mid January 2023, Howell met privately with Jack Smith to discuss potential work-arounds in obtaining files from Perry's email accounts, which the special counsel's office had obtained as well.
According to a pre-meeting brief prepared by the special counsel's office, Howell--who also at the time was working with Smith to not only seize the president's Twitter data but sign an nondisclosure order prohibiting the company from notifying the president despite significant executive privilege ramifications--had expressed her frustration at the "large burden [Rayburn] imposes on district judges to review voluminous electronic evidence for privilege, but her ire is not directed at us; she understands our hands are tied by the D.C. Circuit’s opinion."
In Sept. 2023, the DC appellate court vacated Howell's original order allowing the DOJ access to most of Perry's records, finding she had inappropriately denied privilege protections for Perry's comms with other members of Congress.
