UPDATE: Proceedings have ended. Deputy Judge President says Judgement in the matter of Rhodes & Dyantyi will be ready next week Thursday 17 September 2020.

6/ Since 2017, Rhodes has remained unrelentingly determined to prevent Yolanda from challenging the outcome of the disciplinary inquiry. Rhodes has opposed Yolanda's application for leave to appeal. It will be argued on 7 September 2020.
