How Negative Thoughts and Toxic Environments Weaken Your Immune System, and How Neuroplasticity Helps You Recover It. Your mind and immune system communicate every day. When that conversation is dominated by negative thoughts, chronic stress, or a toxic environment, the immune system often pays the price. This isn’t just “being in a bad mood makes you feel worse.” Decades of psychoneuroimmunology research show measurable biological effects: increased inflammation, substantially weaker defenses against infection, slower healing, and greater vulnerability to illness, including cancers. Negative thinking, such as worry, self-criticism, hatred, and pessimism, keeps the body in a state of stress. The brain interprets ongoing mental threat the same way it interprets physical danger. This activates the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, flooding the body with cortisol. Short-term cortisol helps you cope; chronic elevation suppresses key immune functions. It reduces natural killer cell activity, which targets viruses and abnormal cells, impairs T-cell responses, and promotes pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6 and TNF-alpha. Over time, this shifts the immune system toward a more inflamed, less effective state. Toxic environments/relationships amplify the problem. Constant criticism, conflict, social isolation, or chaotic surroundings act as ongoing stressors. Studies show that loneliness and perceived social rejection don’t just feel bad, they alter gene expression in immune cells. Genes involved in inflammation become more active while antiviral and antibody-related genes become less active. People in high-stress caregiving roles or hostile relationships often show slower wound healing and poorer vaccine responses. The body treats chronic social threat as a biological emergency, and the immune system adapts in ways that ultimately harm long-term health. However, neuroplasticity is both part of the problem and part of the solution. Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to rewire itself based on experience. Chronic negativity and stress physically reshape the brain. The hippocampus (important for memory and stress regulation) can shrink, dendritic connections in the prefrontal cortex (the area that helps you think clearly and regulate emotion) can thin, and the amygdala (the threat detector) can become more reactive. These changes make it easier to fall into negative thinking and harder to interrupt. They also keep stress hormones elevated longer, creating a feedback loop that further taxes the immune system.. In other words, the brain learns patterns of negativity and becomes better at staying there. The positive side is that neuroplasticity works both ways. The same brain that wires itself for reactivity can be deliberately rewired for resilience. Practices that reduce chronic stress and shift attention to present-moment awareness or positive meaning strengthen prefrontal regulation, calm the amygdala, and support healthier hippocampal function. These brain changes translate into better immune regulation: lower inflammatory markers, stronger antibody responses, and improved recovery. Your immune system is attuned to your inner and outer environments. Negative patterns can keep it in a defensive, inflamed state. Positive, regulated patterns help it return to balanced, effective function. This is NOT conjecture or silliness. Every point I made is supported by countless studies! Here are just a few of them: Sources: Psychological Stress and the Human Immune System: A Meta-Analytic Study of 30 Years of Inquiry pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article… A review and novel theoretical model of how negative emotions influence inflammation: The critical role of emotion regulation sciencedirect.com/science/ar… Social regulation of gene expression in human leukocytes pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article… Stress Effects on Neuronal Structure: Hippocampus, Amygdala, and Prefrontal Cortex pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article… Alterations in brain and immune function produced by mindfulness meditation pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1288… Association of positive psychological well-being with circulating inflammatory markers: A systematic review and meta-analysis sciencedirect.com/science/ar… 📷

Tired of snoring? Or being kept awake by it! Snoring often happens when the soft tissues in the throat relax too much during sleep, when nasal or throat passages stay congested, or when the lymphatic system isn’t clearing fluid and waste well. For many people, two mineral sulfides (used as tissue salts) most often help quiet that nighttime noise by addressing those underlying factors. Potassium sulfide (Kali Sulphuricum) is traditionally used to clear and regulate the lymphatic system. When lymph flow is sluggish, swelling or congestion can build in the nasal and throat tissues. It supports better lymphatic drainage, reducing that congestion and the mouth-breathing or blocked-nose patterns that contribute to snoring. Calcium sulfide (Calcarea Sulphurica) is known for helping relax tissues while also supporting blood purification. By encouraging the body to clear waste products from the blood and gently easing tension in the soft tissues of the throat and palate, it may reduce the vibration that creates the snoring sound. Used together, these two have helped many people experience quieter nights. However, snoring has many causes (weight, alcohol, sleep position, anatomy, allergies, or underlying conditions), so they don’t work for everyone. It doesn't work for everybody! But it works for many and is a low-cost alternative to keep you from fighting the urge to hold the pillow over your partner's face for way too long! 😁 #Snoring #sleep #apnea

Don’t Sabotage Your Fast! Fat-Soluble Supplements Kill Autophagy Intermittent fasting and extended fasts are powerful tools for triggering autophagy, your body’s cellular “cleanup crew” that clears damaged proteins, fights inflammation, and supports longevity. But many people unknowingly sabotage this process with supplements. Fat-soluble supplements are a major culprit. Unlike water-soluble vitamins (like B vitamins and C), these dissolve in fats and oils. Without dietary fat during a fast, they’re poorly absorbed. Oil-based capsules can also deliver calories that literally break your fast and blunt autophagy. Poor absorption: They need fats to be taken up effectively in the gut. During a fast, they mostly pass through unabsorbed. Calories from carriers: Many come in softgels or oil bases (e.g., fish oil, vitamin E oil) that provide energy and trigger an insulin response. Potential interference: Some antioxidants in supplements can reduce the oxidative stress signals that help drive autophagy during fasting. Save fat-soluble supplements for your eating window, ideally with a meal rich in healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, nuts, etc.) for optimal results. List of While Fasting Here’s a comprehensive list of fat-soluble supplements to avoid taking during intermittent fasting or prolonged fasts: Vitamin A (retinol, beta-carotene forms) Vitamin D (D2 or D3): very common in supplements Vitamin E (tocopherol, often in oil form) Vitamin K (K1 and K2/MK-4, MK-7) Multivitamins: most contain a mix of fat-soluble vitamins Fish oil / Omega-3 supplements (EPA/DHA in oil capsules) CoQ10 (Ubiquinone or Ubiquinol): often fat-soluble and oil-based Astaxanthin and other carotenoid antioxidants Curcumin / Turmeric extracts (many formulations are fat-enhanced) Lycopene Beta-carotene Phosphatidylcholine or lecithin-based supplements (fat-soluble components) Some hormone-related supplements like certain steroid precursors or fat-based delivery forms NOTE: Check labels for “softgel,” “oil-based,” or “take with food” instructions. If it says that, skip it during your fast. What Can You Take While Fasting? Water-soluble options the YOU CAN take while fasting: Electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) Pure B vitamins Vitamin C Most amino acids Always try to take pure forms without fillers, sugars, or oils. For Better Fasting Results: Take your fat-soluble stack with your first meal when breaking the fast. For daily users (especially Vitamin D), consistency with food matters more than exact timing. Fasting’s magic comes from giving your body a REAL break. Don’t let supplements cause you to waste your time or fast!

Humming to Reset Your Nervous System and Much More! Humming can be a powerful tool for your nervous system and overall well-being! This ancient practice (Bhramari Pranayama) delivers real and scientifically proven physiological perks: Vagus Nerve Stimulation: The vibrations from humming massage the vagus nerve in your throat and chest, activating your parasympathetic "rest and digest" system. Stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system shifts your body out of fight-or-flight mode, promoting recovery, digestion, immune function, lower inflammation, cellular repair, and a profound sense of safety and calm. It literally counters the harmful effects of chronic stress. This boosts heart rate variability (HRV), lowers heart rate, and helps shift you out of stress mode, improving emotional regulation and relaxation. Nitric Oxide Boost: Humming increases nasal nitric oxide levels up to 15-fold by improving sinus ventilation. This natural molecule supports better airflow, antimicrobial defense in the sinuses, vasodilation, and circulation. This contributes to easier breathing and cardiovascular perks. Cortisol & Stress Reduction: Research shows humming significantly lowers the stress index and cortisol levels more effectively than some other activities, promoting deeper calm, better sleep, and reduced anxiety over time with regular practice. It’s free, takes just minutes, and you can do it anywhere while driving, walking, or winding down ( with the exception of full Bhramari Pranayama practice, which requires eyes held closed with your fingers, yeah, DO NOT drive or walk like that! :P ). Try a few rounds of gentle “mmm” humming on your exhale today and feel the difference, then do your Bhramari Pranayama at home or in your yard! Clove Bud Water Extract Experiment I started this experiment just over a week ago ( on Day 8 ). In both photos, the left has plain water, and the right has clove bud water. Both have leftover chicken, mini potatoes, and asparagus. No signs of mold formation with the clove bud water sample, and mold is not only on the vegetables, but is also growing up the side of the glass in the plain water example. Some of you may not know this, but Eugenol, in the form of Clove Bud Essential Oil, is often used in commercial kitchens with just a few drops on cotton balls to prevent bacterial and mold growth. This experiment shows exactly why they do that! :D

Relax! There is no scientific evidence that the hantavirus can be transmitted from human to human. And this is supported by the Oxford Journal of Infectious Diseases. Ref: academic.oup.com/jid/article… On top of that, there has never been a human variant of the hantavirus in any subspecies that has ever been sequenced. No matter what the Centers for Disease Control says! Stop listening to the media and the fear-mongering. Very little that they state is accurate. Conveniently, and what must be a pure coincidence, a Korean university, along with Moderna, has already been working on an mRNA vaccine for the hantavirus. LOL What a coincidence!

Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Garrett Johnson died of acute necrotizing pancreatitis caused by gallstones! Here is another case to warn everyone who thinks gallstones aren't a serious issue. They absolutely are! If left untreated, this is exactly what could happen, and I've seen it so many times over the years. While the media is talking about his alcoholism and claiming that alcoholism was a factor, and while the inflammation may well play a role in pancreatitis, I have never, in my 35 years of practice, heard of one of them ever winding up with pancreatitis. I know an awful lot of alcoholics, including a lot of my own family. What is not so hard to believe is the other part they admit. It was gallstone-related acute necrotizing pancreatitis. This is something I've been warning you all about for years. I've seen too many people die because they were afraid to have their gallbladders removed. I get it. If there's any way to save your gallbladder and remove the gallstones, you do that. But when it's not working and you prolong it, you're risking death. Bile backs up into the pancreas, causing pancreatitis. Most people can't tell the difference between pancreatitis and gallstone pain, so they leave it untreated. And that's a huge problem, because far too often they will wind up dying in their sleep. Just like this case. Don't leave gallstones untreated. Fix it if you can, and that's always the best avenue to take. The most ideal by far. But if you can't resolve it, get it out or risk dying. This is not being overstated. This is a reality and a real risk. Understanding and information are power. I'm not trying to make your decisions for you. I'm simply warning you of the real risks so you can make a conscious, informed decision.

Eugenol (the main compound in clove bud water) is amazing for histamine and allergies. But for those with MCAD or MCAS, it can also greatly reduce the histamine in high-histamine foods, and that is a game-changer! Eugenol is the powerful active ingredient found in clove bud water. Research shows it mostly helps calm histamine rather than increase it. Eugenol stabilizes mast cells and reduces histamine release: In laboratory studies, eugenol prevented mast cells from releasing histamine when triggered. It lowered blood histamine levels and even completely prevented severe allergic reactions. Source: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9508… It can ease allergic responses: Eugenol has been shown to reduce IgE-mediated allergic reactions and skin allergy test responses in research. A related compound also lowered the activity of the enzyme that makes histamine. Study: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9508… It may relieve histamine-related itch: When applied to the skin, eugenol reduced histamine-induced itching and improved skin in models of atopic dermatitis (eczema-like conditions). It appears to work partly by calming certain itch-signaling pathways. Study: researchgate.net/publication… A HUGE Bonus for those with Mast Cell Activation Disorder or Syndrome in food science: Eugenol prevents natural surface bacteria from producing histamine in fermented and other high-histamine foods, keeping levels lower. So, yes, us folks with MCAD or MACS should be adding a bit of our clove water to our foods. This may be a game changer!

I'd like to see your endocrinologist do this! Look at her thyroid: she is wearing the black shirt from one week ago today, when she came to see me, and the pink shirt in the photos she sent me at around 9 AM this morning. I keep telling you folks, I'm not just another pretty face. 🤪LOL this was done with 100% biphasic dose-response therapy. Stimulating hormone production and normalizing gland function. And yes, exactly 7 days between the two photos. I don't think there's an endocrinologist in the world who can do that.

Absolute proof that we are all allergic to negativity, emotional stress, our own negative thoughts, and our toxic environments relationships. As I posted yesterday, emotional stress and negative emotions trigger the release of corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH). This process begins when the hypothalamus releases CRH. The CRH then travels to the anterior pituitary gland, stimulating it to release adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). Next, the ACTH moves through the bloodstream to the adrenal cortex, where it prompts the production and release of cortisol, the body's main stress hormone. This entire sequence is part of the HPA axis pathway, which is a key component of the body's natural stress response. Right at the very beginning of the HPA axis pathway, when CRH is produced by the hypothalamus, and while it's making its way to stimulate cortisol, the main stress hormone, the corticotropin-releasing hormone stimulates an allergic immune response in that it provokes degranulation of the mast cells, as I wrote yesterday. Mast cells produce histamine, which plays a significant role in the immune system's allergic response and also functions as a neurotransmitter that can worsen stress symptoms and the movements that cause them. Along with that, the degranulation produces Substance P, another neurotransmitter that will increase pain, stress, anxiety, etc. Lastly, the other most relevant chemical released during mast cell degranulation is tryptase, an amino acid that provokes widespread inflammation. When faced with emotional stress, whether self-induced or caused by an outside force, whether situational or interpersonal, our bodies automatically trigger an allergic immune response. Because we are all allergic to stress, negativity, and those toxic relationships that we stay in. Yes, I understand that there are some relationships we cannot leave because they involve a child, a parent, or a situation that can't be changed. Caring for a dying loved one, etc. But that doesn't change the fact that the emotions described increase cortisol levels, increase pro-inflammatory chemicals, disrupt your neurotransmitters, and put your body into a full immune-allergic response. The impact of this is that your mild sensitivities suddenly worsen and can escalate from a mild sensitivity to an allergy or from a moderate sensitivity to anaphylaxis. Inflammation becomes chronic, and it is the primary cause of all chronic illnesses, including cancers. I cannot tell each and every one of you exactly how to resolve this because each of you has a unique situation. For some, it might be simply believing in the toxic relationships; for others, it may involve retraining your thought processes and stopping the negativity from forming within your own thoughts. Some of you might not be able to detach yourselves from the negative situation, and in that case, you may need to reevaluate your perception, perhaps practicing meditation, gaining greater understanding, mindfulness, or whatever else you need to do. Please do it! You deserve peace, happiness, and health! If it's possible, don't let them or your own commitment to negativity take that away from you. Change it! Or be prepared to slowly die for it! If you're not making your Clove Bud Extract yet, you should be! It fights against antibiotic-resistant infections effectively! To understand this, you need to know about pathogenic biofilms, and anyone who has a dog with a water bowl has likely seen them. If you've ever gone to clean your dog's bowl, you might notice an oily looking layer on the water's surface when changing to fresh water. That appearance, which resembles a thin oil slick, is actually a bacterial or fungal biofilm. That's what you're seeing. But these biofilms also exist within the human body, made up of bacteria or fungi covered by carbohydrates and proteins that shield them from oxidative stress and even antibiotics. How serious are biofilms? Well, ask anyone with Lyme disease, but also talk to your dentist. Dental caries, also known as cavities, are caused by a streptococcal mutans biofilm. You can also consider Candida infections, H. pylori, and much more. Note: Rinse your mouth 2 to 3 times daily with your clove bud water extract, and you'll never develop a cavity. I guarantee it! *Again, NOT for use by children under 10 years old. These infections are highly resistant to antibiotics because the biofilm surrounding the pathogens shields them. Eugenol, from your clove water extract, is one of the few substances known worldwide to destroy biofilms, antibiotic-resistant infections, fungal infections, bacterial infections, and viral infections, and it does much more than that. Best of all, it does not harm your intestinal flora unless you take an extreme overdose. Because eugenol is one of the very few anti-quorum substances worldwide, and what anti-quorum means is that eugenol can not only kill bacterial infections but also disrupt bacteria's ability to communicate, preventing them from replicating. In my personal opinion, this makes eugenol a substance that could potentially replace almost every antibiotic, antiviral, antifungal, and antiparasitic available. Always keep clove bud water extract in your refrigerator; it lasts over a year and is inexpensive to make. It should also be your first choice at the first sign of any infection. Khellin, a natural chemical compound found in the Ammi Visnaga weed that is plentiful across the globe, and also known as Toothpick Weed, or Bishop's Weed is a powerful medicinal therapeutic for many health issues. So powerful that the drug, Sodium Cromolyn, is actually a synthetic version of Khellin. Just to list the scientifically proven medicinal benefits, here they are. And this list may not be complete. Mast Cell Regulator Antihistamine Vasodilator (dilates the blood vessels) Treatment for Kidney Stones Treatment for High Triglycerides Treatment for Angina Pectoris Treatment for Psoriasis Potential as an Anti-Anxiety Substance Treatment for Asthma And Bronchitis Is an Antispasmodic (for muscle spasms) It Is Anti-Inflammatory You will find this growing wildly on the sides of the roads, in the forest, and pretty much everywhere you go throughout North America and most of the world. Right now may be your last chance to harvest the dried and tunneled heads of this weed before they start coming back to life. As the heads of these flowers dry up and close in the winter months, this is when you harvest them. See an image of a tunneled, harvested head in the images below. Once you have clipped the heads, simply shake them to release all the seeds. Shake them over a bowl, collecting the seeds as you go, and fill the bowl with those seeds. This creates a powerful therapeutic medicine. This one is simple because you will use it as a tea: place 1 level teaspoon in a cup of hot water and drink 1 cup daily. Yes, it's that simple. And best of all, it will cost you nothing other than a couple of hours' work, and the electricity to heat the kettle. :-). Plus, it gives you a perfect opportunity to get out there barefoot and into the forest to reconnect with nature. :-) Go get you some of that! They are right; you should avoid dairy and goat products, but not for the reason everyone has been telling you. The real reason is that humans almost completely stop producing lactase, the pancreatic enzyme that breaks down dairy products, shortly after weaning from breastmilk. While this affects about 65 to 75% of the world's population, the remaining 25 to 35% can only digest dairy without issues because they have a genetic mutation in the LCT or MCMG genes. Yes, the only people who can consume dairy and goat products have genetic mutations. These mutations are most often found in certain regions of Europe, Arab nations, and Eastern African countries. This also includes some of their descendants, since these mutations can be inherited. The idea that people can't eat dairy because we don't have four stomachs like cows is a myth, but yes, our digestive systems are built differently. Cows have one stomach with four compartments designed to ferment and break down food. Unlike ours! However, that's completely unrelated to whether we can consume dairy products. Furthermore, please realize that this applies not only to dairy products. Goat's milk also contains lactose, which is only slightly lower (about 1%) than cow's milk. So, whether your cream, milk, yogurt, cheese, or other dairy products come from cow's milk or goat's milk, there's a 65% to 75% chance that your body does not produce enough lactase to digest and break down these products. You are literally not built for it unless you have a genetic mutation! Eat wisely and understand that consuming these foods is not suitable for most humans; only a small percentage can tolerate them without issues. For the rest of us, eating these foods can cause inflammation, digestive problems, increased histamine production, and much more. Not telling you what to do, just providing the facts, so that you can weigh your risks. :-)

Papaya Leaf Extract that I made for my patient with Myelofibrosis, a rare genetic form of blood/bone marrow cancer, to increase their platelets. An update on this patient is that when I first took him on, they were arranging for him to set up end-of-life care. And now, about 5 months later, instead of weekly blood labs, they only want to check his blood labs every 3 months because nothing they thought was about to happen has, and instead it has been the opposite. However, they convinced him to get the shingles vaccine, which dropped his platelet count (a known side effect), and then he developed a double infection as his platelets started to rise again. Sooooo ... we are gonna blow his oncologist's mind, and I made papaya leaf extract, which is proven to raise platelets! :D Stay tuned for more updates in a couple of months! :D

In 2019, the @liberal_party of Canada introduced Bill C-75 to repeal section 181 of the Criminal Code, which made it a criminal defence for the media to knowingly lie to harm the reputation of an individual or entity. But they did not repeal section 300, which makes it a criminal offence for a Canadian citizen or individual to knowingly lie in order to harm another individual. It's only a criminal act for citizens, not for the media anymore. And they claim it's because of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Obviously, it's not, or it would've applied to Canadians as well. This is exactly when the Canadian media went rogue and far left. While our tax dollars fund them.

Fasting for Autophagy? Eugenol from Hot Water Clove Bud Extract Induces and Amplifies Autophagic Action without the need for fasting, but can also be used to supercharge autophagy during fasting. Clove buds contain the highest levels of eugenol of any known substance, and in all of the studies that have identified the anticancer properties of eugenol, every one of them reports that eugenol induces and amplifies autophagic activity in the human body. For those of you who do not know what autophagy actually is, let me explain… Every cell in your body accumulates waste over time, including damaged proteins, old mitochondria that are no longer optimally functional, and even invading pathogens. Autophagy recognizes this waste, wraps it in a special membrane bubble called an autophagosome, and then sends it to the cell's recycling center, the lysosomes. There, it is broken down into basic building blocks, such as amino acids, sugars, and fats, which the cell reuses to make new, healthy mitochondria and functional proteins, or to generate energy. *Special note: In the presence of viral infections, eugenol halts autophagy to prevent viral and bacterial replication and to keep them from spreading. It doesn't mean eugenol shouldn't be taken during an infection; it's just a note to help you understand that it will not induce autophagy when the cells are infected.
