I have done 3 things that have made my life so much easier in America. I believe everyone, who values their time, should do these. Food: I love home cooked meals. Tried robots, meal prep services and what not. Last year, found a great chef who comes 2-3 times a week to my home. Highly highly recommend. EA: I have 2 from @WishUpNow. These EAs can build/run/manage AI workflows and agents. I literally drop my workflow description on a WA Voice Note and they go ahead and set it up. It’s like having a genie on command! Didn’t realize how much mental bandwidth tasks were taking (even managing AI is a task) until I outsourced them. No-brainer. Laundry: This one sounds stupid until you try it. Started using @rinse this year. They give you a giant bag to stuff your laundry. Put clothes, bedsheets, towels, comforters - whatever you want. Place the bag outside the door and within 24 hours you get it back. Washed, folded and neatly stacked. They literally fold socks! Can’t believe I needed it so badly. Happy to give you referral code for these companies. Also, can share tips on how to find great chefs. Feel free to DM :)

NVIDIA’s Jensen Huang has a counterintuitive lesson for high achievers: Lower your expectations. Raise your resilience. Greatness is built from the character you develop while surviving the imperfect outcomes.

Lessons from Stephen Schwarzman, the CEO of Blackstone ✅ Don’t accept “No” as the final answer. Schwarzman called Harvard’s admissions dean from a high-school pay phone to express how much Harvard meant to him—“like dialing God,” he later recalled ✅Push forward creatively and persistently. Even though he remained on the waitlist, he didn’t stop—he leaned into his next step, attending Yale, and later earned his MBA at Harvard ✅Sometimes, time changes minds. Years later, the Harvard admissions dean sent him a note: “I guess we got that one wrong.” ✅Leverage where you land. Schwarzman didn't just attend Yale—he thrived there, and years later gifted $150 million to build a vibrant student center, creating legacy where he began Let early setbacks fuel ambition, not defeat. His resilience and vision transformed a moment of rejection into a springboard for building one of the world’s most powerful investment firms.

The shortest insurance call one of our Medical Billing VAs has handled? 30 minutes. The longest? 4 hours. And that's exactly why your providers shouldn't be making those calls. Medical billing isn't just about submitting claims. It's about everything that happens before and after the claim leaves your practice. A Wishup Medical Billing VA helps with: ✅ Insurance verification before appointments ✅ Charge review and missing-charge identification ✅ Claim status follow-ups ✅ Denial management and appeals coordination ✅ Prior authorization tracking ✅ Payer communication ✅ Documentation follow-up with providers ✅ Revenue cycle support One of our VAs helped a multi-provider practice uncover and clear an entire backlog of unbilled appointments. Today, they proactively review charges every week to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. When claims are denied, our VAs don't stop at the rejection notice. They contact payers, identify the actual denial reason, coordinate supporting documentation, and help move appeals forward faster. They also track patterns: 📊 Which codes get paid 📊 Which claims get denied 📊 Which documentation requirements repeatedly trigger issues That information helps practices prevent denials before they happen. The goal isn't to replace your billing company. The goal is to create accountability between your providers, billers, and payers so revenue doesn't get stuck in the gaps. 💰 Stop losing revenue to follow-up delays and preventable denials. Book a free consultation with Wishup and onboard a Medical Billing VA in as little as 60 minutes.

Most companies say they're customer-focused. Jeff Bezos believed most are actually competitor-focused. They watch what rivals launch. They react to pricing changes. They copy successful features. And slowly, they lose the ability to think independently. Bezos built Amazon around a different principle: Customer obsession. Instead of starting with competitors, start with the customer. What frustrates them? What do they need? What will make their lives easier five years from now? Then work backwards. The challenge is that customer-focused decisions often look wrong in the short term. They can be slower. More expensive. Less profitable today. But they create trust. And trust compounds. The lesson: Competitors tell you where the market is. Customers tell you where it's going. The companies that win long term pay attention to both—but obsess over only one.

Elon Musk believes most companies move slowly for one reason: They tolerate bottlenecks. His framework for speed is surprisingly simple: 1. Set aggressive deadlines. 2. Create a genuine sense of urgency. 3. Identify the biggest constraint. 4. Remove it. 5. Repeat. The mistake many teams make is treating speed as the goal. For Musk, speed is the result. The real objective is eliminating whatever is slowing progress down. A process. A decision. A meeting. A person waiting for approval. A system that no longer works. Every organization has a bottleneck. The companies that grow fastest are usually the ones that find it first and fix it fastest. The lesson: Progress isn't about working harder. It's about relentlessly removing the constraints standing in the way.

"This friendly little text message is a federal violation." Most businesses don't realize how easy it is to accidentally create a HIPAA risk. A general virtual assistant may be excellent at managing calendars, inboxes, research, and operations. But healthcare is different. When someone is handling patient information, scheduling appointments, managing insurance verification, following up on prescriptions, or working inside your EMR, compliance isn't optional. That's why Healthcare VAs require specialized training in: 🔒 HIPAA compliance 📋 EMR systems 💳 Insurance workflows 📑 Prior authorizations & claims 🤝 Patient communication & empathy Can a general VA learn these skills? Of course. But that learning curve happens on your practice's time, around your patients, and alongside sensitive healthcare data. Healthcare organizations don't need someone who will eventually understand compliance. They need someone who already does. At Wishup, 100% of our Healthcare Virtual Assistants are HIPAA-certified before they support a client. Because when patient data is involved, this isn't just an operational decision. It's a compliance decision. 📞 Looking for a Healthcare VA who can hit the ground running? Book a free consultation with Wishup and onboard a HIPAA-certified Healthcare VA in as little as 60 minutes.

Most beginners think they're missing a secret. A better roadmap. A better strategy. A better opportunity. Andrej Karpathy thinks they're usually missing something much simpler: Hours. Speaking with Lex Fridman, Karpathy explains that most skill comes from repetition over long periods of time. Not hacks. Not shortcuts. Not perfect planning. Just showing up consistently and getting a little better. The key is finding something you genuinely enjoy. Because if you enjoy it, you'll stay with it long enough to become exceptional. Success often looks complicated from the outside. But from the inside, it's usually years of practice that nobody sees.

For years, Sam Altman has argued that humans may need a faster connection to computers if they want to keep pace with increasingly powerful AI. That idea is no longer just theoretical. A new company called Merge Labs is working on brain-computer interfaces designed to connect human intent directly to machines. Unlike surgical approaches, the goal is to do it without brain implants. The vision is ambitious: Think something. The computer understands it. No keyboard. No mouse. No screen. Just a direct link between human thought and artificial intelligence. The race to build better AI is obvious. The race to connect humans to it may be just as important.

How does Anthropic move so quickly? According to Cat Wu, they don't start with long roadmaps. They start with experiments. Anyone can build a prototype. No committee. No months of planning. No waiting for permission. If people keep using it internally, the idea grows. If they don't, it disappears. The system works because roles are flexible. Designers write code. Engineers shape product decisions. Product managers build things themselves. The lesson: Speed doesn't come from working harder. It comes from making it easier to test ideas before investing heavily in them.

Most people still think of AI as something you open. A chatbot. A website. An app. That assumption is already becoming outdated. What Nat Friedman demonstrated is a shift from passive AI tools to active AI systems. By connecting AI to cameras, health data, and location tracking, the model stopped being something you talk to and started becoming something that watches, verifies, and acts. It didn't just give advice. It checked whether the advice was followed. This changes the role of AI entirely. We're moving from dashboards to operators. From software that reports what's happening... to software that actively manages outcomes. For entrepreneurs, that's a massive shift. Instead of analyzing behavior after the fact, AI can now intervene in real time, identify problems, and optimize decisions continuously. The opportunity is obvious: More productivity. Better health. Higher performance. But so is the tradeoff. The more authority you give AI, the less autonomy you keep for yourself. The real question isn't whether this technology will exist. It already does. The question is: How much control are you willing to trade for optimization?

Ben Affleck believes AI will transform creative work, but not creativity itself. AI can make visual effects faster. It can render scenes cheaper. It can automate repetitive production tasks. But art is something different. Great creative work depends on taste, judgment, timing, and emotional understanding. Often, the hardest part isn't knowing what to create. It's knowing what to leave out. Affleck argues that AI can generate patterns from existing work, but it doesn't truly understand restraint, nuance, or why certain creative choices resonate with people. The real disruption isn't the end of creativity. It's the collapse in cost for repetitive creative labor. The tools will change. Human judgment remains the advantage. What do you think: will AI replace creativity, or just change how it's expressed?
