I took profits in Uranium in 2024 & switched to Crypto. I took Crypto profits last fall & bought back into Uranium. Depending on the day, $CCJ & $UROY are neck & neck as my most profitable gainer so far. REALLY looking forward to UROY Q'ly report #'s tomorrow.........

I'm gonna go UROY to CCO this week. Get the US to CDN currency conversion fees out of the way is the main motivator. Also, I think CCO is gonna rip our faces off PDQ. The $35 floor contracts are finally beginning to expire this quarter. Westinghouse is not yet fully priced in....

The 🌍 is predicting a Dot Com crash in AI. The market in that era: Microsoft Cisco Intel Dell Oracle Nortel Yahoo Amazon AOL Nortel, Yahoo, AOL & Dell are 🙃. The rest are still a big deal. AI won't crash & die but it will cool off. What's the next run? POWER. That = Uranium!!

I'm starting to think Carney isn't in a trade war with the US. He's actually trying to crash the US economy. The trade war drama is "the show." Carney's trip to EU seems a bit odd. I'd love to see if he meets with anyone from Belgium or Luxemburg. US Bond sales may begin soon....

I seriously doubt that Canada is colluding with Russia on anything, as Canada has decided bankrolling the Ukraine in the current war is their NATO 2% contribution. But China? Just how did Carney mysteriously become the parachute Prime Minister of Canada anyways?..........

I don't like Carney, but I get what he's up to. He got Trump to brag and strut a bit, then did the massive rug pull. Trump forgot the Mid Terms were in days, but Carney didn't. Sleepy Joe is of no use, but Obama will take it from here. Film at 11.........

Sooooo, if you are one that likes to think ahead in decades, I have a thought experiment for you. It appears the US has set in motion the inevitable development of adjacent countries collecting fees for passage of shipping traffic (Hormuz). HUGE future ramifications in the North.

Whenever you are on a road trip in Alberta or Saskatchewan, you absolutely can’t go wrong driving into a small town and cruising the main drag till you find the restaurant with the most vehicles in the parking lot. Top notch food every time……

Case in point for buying nearly new vs new. Our tractor is a 2015 model, always kept in a Quonset and rarely used at all. It has 176 hours on it. We paid well under half of what a new one would cost.........

The heat capacity of the entire atmosphere is equal to just the top 3.5 meters of the world's oceans. Below this surface lies Earth’s true thermal vault. Earth is a water planet, and the oceans cover 71% of the surface to an average depth of 2.3 miles. Global ocean currents carry warm waters from the deep tropics to the northern hemisphere, before returning after a round trip of 1,000 years. Without these currents, northern Europe would be a glacial wilderness, just like Greenland. The scale is colossal. Warm waters from the Roman warm period (240 BC to 400 AD) are still returning to the mid-latitudes. The atmosphere, by comparison, is a gaseous envelope that retains almost no thermal energy, holds a tiny fraction of the planet's carbon, and is largely controlled by ocean dynamics. The deep Pacific itself is so massive that only now it is receiving the cold waters from the Little Ice Age. We aren't starting from scratch; we are mid-cycle in a 4.6-billion-year-old time machine. We’ve also reinvented 'climate'. Once, it was a word for the local weather of robins and sparrows. Now it's a global ideological abstraction. We’ve lost our admiration for the natural world. We count CO₂ in parts per million while ignoring the satellite-proven greening of the Sahel. It’s time to move past the light breezes and offshore winds and look into the ocean depths for answers. Ask yourself, is the 1.4°C warming since 1850 really an unprecedented crisis? – at Bega, New South Wales

Long shot here but anyways. I'm on the hunt for a Western Canadian accountant. I'm hoping for Alberta or Saskatchewan based but I would reluctantly accept Vancouver/Victoria. I need proven deep familiarity with EU tax laws as well as Canadian. Anybody know a guy.........
