Sleeve Industry Veteran here! Current Sleeve company over saturation has people burning out on choices having tougher times finding a “good” brand they can constantly rely on. PTCG has more deck shuffles than any other major TCG BY A MILE. That coupled with people not having great dexterity gives a uniquely larger split % issue that is Game Specific and not shared across other TCGs. This is why imo you should always do educated shopping and buy from brands that make it a point in their brand to have great Customer service and Community Support, like @DuelSpecTCG for an easy example. Whether you got an error pack that was no good, corners ding more than you like or splits occurring DuelSpec got your back. They will replace your pack. They will let you try another color. Still not enjoying them? They will literally refund your purchase. Not in your area? They will work with your LGS to make it easier to stock up. Accessibility + Support It is arrogant for any company to believe they can make the perfect sleeve with zero compromise. It’s plastic folks. NO sleeve company makes an infallible sleeve especially for a shuffle heavy game such as PTCG, so make sure you are taken care of by whoever you choose to spend your well earned money when it happens. Buy based off conveniance and assurance in the big 2026!
