Compensation update; The Seahawks are sending a 2027 third-round pick and 2028 fifth-round round pick to the Colts in exchange for Quenton Nelson.
Trade: Colts have agreed to send eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, per me and @rapsheet. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts are opting to get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency.
But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.

This was my doing….Didn’t expect 87 speed or 71 zone though ngl .
Hear me out though. 6’3, and he’s played for the giants and commanders (two good TTs) , we can’t do 32 team chem anymore but they let me add 1 team, so I also gave him 9ers.
I boosted his SRR and MRR as well, so instead of everyone getting just a cb/safety , you’ll be able to put him at WR too and be effective.
With switch stick I’d say zone matters the least for a db but 71 is crazy lmao .
I worked with what I had , I still think he’ll be pretty good though

Man - it hurts me to say this but there’s no Gulag tonight. I have a colonoscopy scheduled tomorrow.
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease back in 2020 when I was in the Army - but it’s never been this bad, I’ve lost about 25 pounds in the last 8 weeks. This Flare up is no joke and I can’t beat it.
I was gonna fight through today and do this for the bros but I gotta sit this one out. See yall soon!
