New 4,000 sq ft pro shop/3 bay indoor center underway. This was our maintenance yard until recently. We moved from a 3,000 sq ft maintenance building (now the new cart barn) and now operate out of a newly renovated 7,000 ft old auto shop across the course. THANK YOU WP MEMBER'S!

We have a very efficient and non invasive process for aerating greens at Wing Point. We strive for maximum sand incorporation and no tire ruts. We have uniquely firm poa greens, and its mostly due to our aeration practices. Not saying its the best, just sharing ideas of success.
Step 3) We use flymos without the metal blades to blow more sand into holes that the Aer-Aider brush didn't fill. This takes about 10 minute a green with two people. Non invasive and easy to do.
Step 4) We roll and brush with our own fabricated brush attachment on the @salscoinc HPIII roller. All holes get filled and the green is rolled smooth again. Now we can use a cart with a turbine blower to finish the green without making tire ruts all over it.

30 years of golf course geology. Just above red line is a sand cap reno in late 90's, no additional top dressing or aerating for a number of years. I started here in 2004 and aggressively top dressed since then. 10-12" in 22 years of blended sand and organic matter. #pnwagronomy
