Last Friday we took part in #TakeoverDay organized by @kidsinmuseums. Year 6 from All Saints C of E Primary in Winchester created a brilliant pop-up art show and hosted a buzzing private view. Very well done to all the children who took part. See you again next year!

For #InternationalArtistDay, and as we are awash with rain, we’re sharing this painting by Mark Spray, ‘Between Me and the Blessed Rain’ (2016). The title is from Edward Thomas’s poem ‘Go Now’. Both artists were inspired by the Hampshire landscape.

The Yr7 CLiL French Gp had a great day out on 13 July. We were kindly invited by our partner school, Winchester, to do some immersion languages activities round their beautiful campus. We sang songs, cooked sausages, and melted marshmallows at the forest school site.1of2
