One of the coolest parts about studying certain OL is seeing them finish and run downfield to protect/congratulate/pick up their guys.
One of the most consistent guys at it is Dalton Risner.

I am at Cowboys training camp and this popped up today. August 7, 2019. Luke came to stay with me and watch Cowboys practice. Told me to wake him at 7:00AM so he could work out before practice. He was terminal. Lived another 16 days. #LiveLikeLuke

Sitting in the same spot tonight where I watched Luke trying to get his body back after chemo. Running uphill at 9,200 feet in the mountains. Admiral William McRaven, who wrote the fantastic book “Make Your Bed” had a central theme of “don’t quit.” Luke didn’t #LiveLikeLuke
