Iron Tithe
Every round of Iron Tithe is two fights.
First you drop into the city with two teammates against three of theirs. For two and a half minutes you’re fighting over beacons and relays. Every point you hold, every pilot you knock down and every wreck you strip for scrap pays you in alloy and charge.
Then you take that haul to the factory. You print drones. Three drones fuse into a big drone, and two big drones fuse into a mech. You pack the lot into your VTOL (vertical take-off and landing aircraft) and watch your army go at theirs.
Win the battle and the front line moves toward their base. Push it through their base and the match is yours. Lose it and they’re the ones pushing toward yours.
A good street fight buys you a bigger army, but a smarter army can still beat a bigger one. You can top the kill board and lose because your build was wrong. You can get flattened all round and still take the battle because you read their army right.
If you just want to fight, there’s Team Deathmatch. It’s pilots only, the first team to 25 downs wins, and you respawn fast at forward pads. Every beacon your team holds makes your shots hit harder.
You can play online, either casual Quick Match or Ranked with placements, divisions and a leaderboard. You can also play offline against bots at whatever difficulty you like. New pilots get a guided first match that walks them through it.
The mechs are where you’ll lose hours. There are five frames: Striker, Skirmisher, Artillery, Suppressor and Bastion. You build each one part by part (legs, core, arms, boosters, weapons) from rival manufacturers. Run three parts from one maker and you get a set bonus, and five doubles it. Parts level up as you use them and open mod sockets. On top of that you can add a shoulder weapon, perks, the kill streaks you want to bring (from a recon sweep up to an orbital strike), a comeback perk for bad rounds, and paint, camo and finishes you earn by playing. Every mech has three saved setups, so you can switch builds between matches.
Hundreds of parts, 5 different maps, and solid progression and rewards.
It’s free and runs in your browser on phone or PC.
Its under development so expect changes, im also working on a single player campaign.
