Concert with the Arkell’s was amazing. Kid#2 loved the Chappell Roan tune & bonus Kid got Leather Jacket.
We got stopped by the couple behind us, saying they hoped when their kids got big, they’d be just like us. Fam jam with @arkellsmusic
Now back to the Hammer!
On my way to London for the @arkellsmusic concert. It’s a whole family affair and I think our 5th Arkell’s concert. We always bring at least one kid, but it’s everyone tonight. I’ve had my Rally shirt on all day. Can’t wait!!
Another CEW is done. Great science as always.
I’ve joined the Board of Directors!!
Mellissa won a student presentation award for the second year in a row. That’s really hard to do.👑
My whole group gave excellent presentations.
See you in Victoria @ecotoxcan

Students decided to rearrange in the lab and I can’t tell if anyone actually thinks it’s better yet. But I have promises that I’ll love it in the end.
In the meantime, our lab notebooks are being arranged by year. That IS an improvement!
Giant thanks to @OanyBee for joining my 3rd year physiology class today. The discussion was super lively!! You’re such an engaging instructor. The whole class was involved. Great way to kick off the term. 👏👏👑
First week was a tsunami of work but the highlights were having first meetings with new students in my lab and great interactions with my new class
Back from vacation and I came through the new front lobby for the first time. Sweet views of the greenhouse spaces- this will quickly become one of the best spots on campus!
Move to the new greenhouse is complete!

So great to be watching a whole different sport and still be completely pissed at the referee. Every game it’s so bad…. CANMT games are so full of really, really bad calls. Can refs just do their job pls??
