The Men's Mental Health Crisis is spiraling out of control. Men commit suicide 3x-4x more than women. Veterans commit suicide at a rate of 40 per day. I sat down with @dennygiamazzo and @WilsonTerryJr to shed light on this topic and give men hope. No Man Fights Alone.

I'm Terry Wilson, and I’m new to X, so let me introduce myself. I'm a retired Green Beret with 20 years of active-duty experience. During those two decades, I dedicated my life to combat, spending over 10 years and 7 months deployed or TDY—far from my family. If there’s one thing I excelled at, it was war. I thrived on the tactics, the planning, the warrior mindset, discipline, fitness, and the brotherhood. Looking back, it feels like a dream. Sometimes, I don’t even know how I survived it all. “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” —John 15:13 Over time, I learned to harden my heart, show no weakness, and fear nothing. This mindset made me successful as a Green Beret, but it also left me flawed as a man. The day after we pulled out of Afghanistan, I decided to retire. That’s when everything changed. I spiraled into a dark place—bitter, angry, and feeling betrayed. I was upset with the Army, my regiment, my group, and the world. I lost my son, my sense of purpose, and I was no longer surrounded by my brothers. But still, I told myself, "I’m fine." I wasn’t fine. I was overweight, depressed, and on the verge of losing my family. It was the lowest point of my life. But again, I told myself, "I’m fine." So I did what any Green Beret would do—I went to work. I sought counseling, got back in the gym, changed my diet, and started reading about mental health, marriage, parenting, and stoicism. I went to marriage counseling and started going to church. I was searching for peace and found it in the most unexpected place. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” —Matthew 11:28 I owe it all to God, my wife, my kids, and my brothers. No Para Mi No Para Ti Si No Para Nosotros Lo Que Sea, Cuando Sea, Donde Sea De Oppresso Liber God bless.

This election is wild. One side has Elon Musk, the entire UFC fighting roster, and an army of men with normal testosterone levels. The other side has Mark Cuban, the Krassensteins, and an army of sexually blackmailed celebrities & alcoholic liberal women.

"Confidence and humility go hand in hand. You can be self-assured without needing to make others feel small." I've had the privilege of meeting and working with many Green Berets. This statement rings true with all of them. Men, practice these lessons and you will become truly influential 👇
