I’m an Airtable power user with 15 DAU in my company’s base.
They fumbled the bag by pouring 100% of their AI resources into features that provide zero leverage for their users ie interfaces.
Nothing into creating/editing automations, which has always been clunky. In the last two years I haven’t created a new automation bc it’s easier to send a webhook to a server, run custom code there and send back to Airtable.
