Best Halloween tradition out there, or should every children's hospital have one?
The creator says the window cleaners at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital dress as superheroes each year for kids spending Halloween inside. This short clip shows the costumes outside the hospital windows.
They're already doing a job most of us wouldn't want to do. They found a way to make it something a kid might look forward to seeing.
No costume fixes what a family is going through in a hospital. It can still give them a moment that isn't about treatment, waiting, or worrying.
If that were my son in one of those rooms, I'd be grateful somebody thought about making him smile while they worked.
A little extra effort can mean a lot from the other side of that glass.

Former #NFL defensive end Devon Still broke down in tears after seeing his daughter Leah working her FIRST JOB at Chick-fil-A this week.
Leah was diagnosed with cancer as a young child and underwent chemotherapy. During her treatments, she rarely wanted to eat anything unless it was Chick-fil-A.
Now, 12 years later, Leah is cancer-free and has started her first job at the very restaurant that helped her get through those difficult days.
Devon shared that he pulled up to pick her up from work and saw her helping a customer. He immediately became emotional.
“Now I’m sitting in the car with tears pouring down my face.”
Still also revealed that doctors once told him how far Leah’s cancer had spread, and he began accepting the possibility that she might not survive.
“To go from that to this, I can’t explain what I’m feeling. Just know I’m grateful.”
Leah still orders the exact same Chick-fil-A meal she loved during chemotherapy.

Kid Rock's latest music video features a special appearance by 17-year-old Kalvin Lynch, whose Make-A-Wish request was to play drums with the musician.
Since filming the video, Kalvin has now entered hospice care and Kid Rock is asking his fans to pray for the teen 🙏
