If your Discover card ends in 5076 and you were charged for a Sam’s membership and this massive delivery in Houston TX this morning it’s on @SamsClub. I tried to stop it but they are inept.
@SamsClub cannot be SOC2 or any security attestation because the poor playbook and support shows they are an easy target. I can confirm this without being involved in the incident but first hand.
I alerted @SamsClub of an active theft from a Houston store and I was told to call the authorities. I proceeded to explain what was going on and they hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager.
Security issues at @QuickBooks that are reported do nothing. I reported an active incident to them last week and today it’s progressing. @QBCares are you guys not SOC2? Do you not care about the customer base and fraud being leveraged on your platform. #fraud
I mean, for what it’s worth… I would never want to be against progress like this. What a time to be alive.
