ALT Donald George Argraves, 73, faces one count of battery and one count of exposure of sexual organs. According to police, a woman contacted officers on March 27, who said she was working at an office when Argraves came in and sat behind her. She told police she heard the man moaning, looked at a surveillance monitor, and saw the man touching himself. "The man then stood up, approached the victim from behind, leaned forward, touched and smelled the victim's hair, and told the victim her hair smelled pretty," police wrote in a report. The woman told police she then exited the room and called her supervisor. Police viewed the video surveillance and contacted Argraves. Investigators discovered the man had previously been arrested for lewdness, stalking, and criminal trespass – peering into window. Police say Argraves admitted to the arresting officer he touched himself inappropriately. He was taken to Flagler County Inmate Facility and is held without bond.
