Anthropic isn't public yet. No ticker.
But it has reportedly filed confidentially for an IPO, with Nasdaq as the listing venue.
Meanwhile, a tokenized proxy of its pre-IPO shares is already trading onchain 🧵👇

Hedge funds are dumping AI stocks at one of the fastest rates since ChatGPT launched 📉
According to Goldman Sachs data, they’ve been net sellers for six straight sessions, as inflation and interest-rate fears put pressure on the AI trade. Funds that piled into these stocks are now rushing for the exit, giving back much of their earlier gains.
But here’s the interesting part: some at Goldman think the selling has gone too far.
Could this be the start of a bigger unwind, or is the market creating an opportunity?
I wouldn’t rush to buy the dip just yet. Watch earnings, bond yields, and whether selling pressure starts to cool. If fundamentals hold up, this selloff could eventually create opportunities.
AI isn’t necessarily dead, but the easy-money trade might be 🤖
Google’s Willow chip just made Bitcoin’s quantum problem harder to ignore. But is it actually bearish for BTC? 👇
Willow reportedly cut errors in a key quantum process by ~40x. It can’t crack Bitcoin today, but quantum progress is getting harder to dismiss.
The real risk isn’t mining. It’s Bitcoin’s signature system, which a powerful enough quantum computer could eventually break.
What does that mean for BTC?
Short term: More headline risk than a reason to panic.
Long term: The bigger risk is Bitcoin failing to agree on how to protect vulnerable coins.
A quantum-resistant upgrade is possible. But what happens to old coins that never migrate? Freeze them, and you challenge Bitcoin’s core principles. Leave them exposed, and you risk future disruption.
That’s where confidence could take a hit.
3 things to watch:
• Real progress in logical qubits and error correction
• Momentum behind Bitcoin’s post-quantum proposals
• Whether institutions start pricing quantum risk into BTC
My take: This isn’t a sell signal.
The real question isn’t whether Willow can break Bitcoin today.
It’s whether Bitcoin can adapt before it has to. ⚡
Tesla is reportedly preparing a “flying” Roadster demo 🚗🚀
Cold-gas thrusters built with SpaceX would lift the car off the ground. It’s reportedly remote-controlled with nobody inside, and spectators stay hundreds of yards back.
Not a real flying car yet, but a very wild hover. Would you buy one?
5/5 What to watch next:

📅 Nov 10: October CPI
📈 10-year yield and DXY, which tend to move first
A rates-driven drop doesn't mean crypto fundamentals changed. Don't read a short-term reaction as a long-term trend.
4/5 Then the dollar and yields.
Fewer expected cuts can lift Treasury yields and the US dollar. A stronger dollar tends to pressure Bitcoin too.
Not a rule, just the usual pattern.
3/5 Why that hits BTC: rates.
When cuts get pushed back, cash and Treasuries keep paying more. That makes riskier assets like BTC less attractive by comparison.
2/5 First, what CPI said.
Inflation came in at 3.7% YoY vs 3.6% expected, up from 3.4% in August. Core CPI was 2.6% vs 2.5% expected.
Hotter inflation means the Fed may cut later. Some traders now even price in hike risk.
1/ Why is gold falling when inflation is rising? 🧵
Gold is often called an inflation hedge.
But on Oct. 14, spot gold slipped to around $4,143/oz, marking its third straight session of losses.
With US inflation data due today, here's what traders need to understand.
6/ The takeaway:
Gold isn’t a simple bet on inflation. It’s a bet on real rates, the dollar and demand for safety.
Gold trades the reaction, not the headline.
Follow @WickDaily for daily market breakdowns.
5/ What to watch today:
→ CPI: hotter or cooler than expected?
→ Treasury yields: rising or falling?
→ US dollar: stronger or weaker?
Hotter CPI + higher yields + stronger dollar = pressure on gold.
Cooler = support.
Don’t read the number in isolation. Read the reaction.
4/ Now flip it.
If CPI comes in cooler than expected, markets may price in more room for cuts.
Yields and the dollar ease, and gold can find support.
Positioning, geopolitics and safe-haven demand still matter, but the direction of rate expectations usually sets the tone.
3/ Enter the Fed.
If inflation stays sticky, the Fed has less room to cut, and markets may price in a firmer stance.
The result is often higher yields and a stronger dollar. Both tend to pressure gold.
That’s why “inflation up” doesn’t automatically mean “gold up.”
2/ Inflation isn’t the only variable. Real yields matter more.
Gold pays no interest. When markets expect rates to stay higher for longer, Treasuries get more attractive.
Higher real yields raise the opportunity cost of holding gold.

What to watch: do these holders stick, trade, and hold real value? And how US rules, like the SEC's volume-capped exemption, shape what's allowed.
