How much of our streets have we surrendered to cars, and how unsafe or uncomfortable does it make us feel as pedestrians (or bike riders) as a result? This iconic graphic makes that point powerfully, by Swedish artist Karl Jilg and commissioned by the Swedish Road Administration.
THIS SAT 13th at 12.00! - Get in the Recording of the Vid of the Campaign Song!Loosely themed with a track from recently performed Footloose, a simple song that needs YOUR voice / instrument to bring it alive! Plus picnic and fun with others in the shade 🙂 See you in our field

I keep thinking of the magic we could create….
Trees, play areas, veg garden, benches, a cafe, space to breathe, rest, relax and socialise. So many golden opportunities for our amazing town.
@KEVICC we know you can do the right thing! Be the heroes… 🙏
#WTFWhyThisField were on Radio Devon this morning, along.with the Mayor of Totnes representing the town council & Alan Salt representing KEVICCS. Well worth a listen

Thank you for this. It gives us more determination to see others have won these battles and that communities are benefiting from the result years later.
I cannot understand the morality of people who will sell these spaces just because they can… without caring about the impact

Green space like this has a value way, way beyond its monetary value.
On a road that is already subject to an AQMA for #pollution we must not bury it in concrete!
We teach our kids to help the environment. Their school must walk the walk!!

Great to see so many people out supporting @TotnesTCouncil bid to buy this glorious field & save it in perpetuity for the community.
A park, veg garden, trees, play space, cafe, EV car charging…for our town and our children.
We cannot let four men sell it!!

Great to see all the support today for the effort to save Lower Field for the community #keviccslowerfield @KEVICCS @KEVICCparents @AnthonyMangnal1
Fantastic to have so much support today. Not only from the marchers but from the cars going past. We even got the support of a ten tonne lorry.
