I don’t think most people know what they’re doing at the gym This is not a tweet about working out

New study using machine learning to classify food processing finds that over 73% of the US food supply is ultraprocessed. It just keeps getting higher. We are headed towards nearly all of our food being ultraprocessed. nature.com/articles/s41467-0…

Meat cannot be causing diabetes, obesity, kidney disease etc. Here's USDA data from 1977-2018. Disease rates have skyrocketed during these years, yet meat consumption (the purple line) declined--a lot. Stop vilifying meat--it's not the problem. Chart from this report: ers.usda.gov/webdocs/publica…

It’s strange to witness so much confusion People will tell you “trust the science.” They don’t know what that means It certainly doesn’t mean “ignore the evidence that’s right in front of your eyes if it betrays your agenda.”
Replying to @goddek @BillGates
Gates is 67. I’m 68. Me: A rancher. Not jabbed. I don’t use sunscreen. My dietary lifestyle centered on quality animal proteins. (ruminant meat & eggs). Yet I am considered unhealthy and told to listen to Gates in regards to health, food & the environment.

Don’t use your credit card. Don’t use Apple Pay. Don’t use instacart. Don’t use Whole Foods “fun” new no-checkout cart. Buy your food with cash

This is why they don’t want you sourcing your own food. No growing, no Amish, nothing. If you can get around them they can’t control you. Control is not a conspiracy.
As if vaccinating the entire human population wasn't enough, this man now wants to inject his toxic agenda into our food chain.

Louis CK once made a joke about having to stand over the sink and just eat the crap his kids didn’t finish I’m happy to eat my kids leftovers. It’s exactly what I’d eat. If it’s crap, why would you feed it to your kids?
Kids menus are a scam. Kids should be offered what adults eat, just smaller portions. We get kids menus to color on. My kids get an ADULT meal (usually steak or salmon) and split it. If they want overpriced chicken nuggets, I’ll make them at home.

I’m not the kind of person whose mental health issues are *handled* with diet, exercise, sleep, and some kind of “mind” practice. But without them I don’t stand a chance.

Israeli company is introducing their 3D printed "plant meat" - the "future of food." Ingredients: Water, wheat protein, soy protein, potato protein, refined veg seed oils, corn starch, wheat starch, wheat flour, etc. I bet that smart dog of yours won't eat it!

Meat isn't an ancestral food?
▶️ we dont know with precision what prehistoric ancestors ate ▶️ or what long term health effect those foods had ▶️ or what the disease prevalence was ▶️ or how long they lived ▶️ virtually no "ancestral foods" exist now "ancestral diets" have more holes than Swiss cheese
