In an unpublished decision, the Ninth Circuit denies an appeal filed by a former Soviet and current Moldovan citizen. So what? This appeal was filed *in 2015*. And due to the Ninth Circuit's automatic stay rule, she basically got to stay in the country for 11 extra years. Wild!
