I think what I hate the most about customer service is not a SINGLE ONE sees me as an actual fucking person. I had a lady hand me $205 today after saying she wanted to pay $225. I asked her for clarification: "did you say 225 or 205?" And she IMMEDIATELY raises her voice at me.
