What pisses me off about the people crying over McCarthy is that he arguably underperformed MORE than Schotty.
Schotty at least has the excuse of being saddled with one of the worst defenses in Cowboys history. McCarthy had a top-10 defense for most of his tenure, THREE 12-5 seasons, and STILL couldn’t put together one legitimate playoff run.
And THIS is the man y’all are begging to bring back? For what? So we can brag about making the playoffs just to get embarrassed again?
At some point, what exactly are we celebrating?

They had 10 days to come up with a game plan and they just had nothing. The pass pro plan was non existent. Had zero answers.
Dak was bad tonight too. But I find it weird that Dak has been elite his whole career against the blitz, but when Schotty takes over they have no answers against it. All comes back to coaching sadly.
