Posting rushed, unchecked translations of non-fictional human statements is immoral. The whole "gotta be first even at quality cost" mentality is annoying with fictional works, but when it ends up misrepresenting real, breathing people, you cross a line.

製作 and 制作 can be used interchangeably when talking about creative works, but there is a difference in nuance. アニメ制作 emphasizes the creative aspects of the production, like the art. meanwhile, アニメ製作 emphasizes the production itself, i.e. getting it out as a product.

Please remember that #tv_free was always planned to be an anime before the commercial happened. There were planning documents back in 2011, two years prior to the anime's airdate. Saying "it was made because of the commercial" and/or "response to the commercial" isn't true.
