That is fair, imo you shouldn’t relying on videos to recommend you rom hacks. 70% of the time it’s trying to recommend one specific one but also want to catch people who see “2+ regions” and “qol” and and click resulting in the same selection each time.

cool, if only they'd show up whenever you look up lists of pokemon fangames to play instead of just a bunch of lists filled with final fantasymon, pokemon minmax, and vanilla++ hacks

Funnily enough the account who posted the rom hack itself is one of the better places to check out rom hacks as it posts things that are newer with very little bias on if they’re going to be “hot” or not. It’s how I found out about Pokémon decades which is another cool fangame.

3. I hope the story hits my feels. FL could've gone this route, but it didn't fully commit near the end imo. I still love Elfilin, but I really hope Kirby develops a friendship with Beyondcé that we can see upfront, like DK Bananza handled Pauline.

For people who have played Kirby? Which is you guys' favorite game? Mine is Forgotten Land. But I also love Nightmare in Dreamland. But I also like Triple deluxe and planet robobot. and Return to Dreamland. Gotta go back and replay some of the other ones too.

I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again. Spray paints. Genuinely introduced me to speedrunning when I was younger because whenever I started a save I would immediately try to map the fastest way to get the yellow spray paint. I also think it would differentiate playthroughs
