The sidewalk on John street between King and Queen streets is a mess and a really challenge for wheelchair users. This is not @TIFF_NET fault of course but makes getting between venues harder than it should be.
If you have a film @TIFF_NET and it is about disability issues or features talent who identify as disabled please let me know. I’m here to see it this year.

Mask requirements end today in Ontario. I’ll still be wearing mine when entering shops because it’s a chill & easy way for me to make that space safer for others.
And I’d rather save my risk budget for moments when it’s more meaningful to not mask.

Dr. Moore has invoked the idea that high rates of vaccination are a reason to drop the mask mandate.
100% of kids< 5 are unvaccinated.

People use wheelchairs for independent mobility. Do not use terms such as confined to a wheelchair or wheelchair-bound. If a wheelchair is needed and that fact is relevant to the story, make clear why.
