Some day people will understand that immutable protocols are superior to trusting humans and human-led institutions. Play games where the rules can't be changed mid-game.

Feels like we're nearing the end game for real this time.

Realistically how bad do things have to get before we begin to care?

I feel like we're about to enter a new golden age of gaming thanks to the democratization of coding.

Divide and conquer is the strategy. If only we solved the Byzantine Generals problem.

Ya'll realize theyre just diluting the money supply and we all could have decided to choose a new game to play but chose to go back to our overlords right?

What if I told you humans were complex programs with no free will? Maybe not today but some day you'll understand.
Do people not understand the psyop? AI will never become "conscious" and start making it's own decisions. It will be programmed to do exactly what it does, and those who program it will convince you it is alive and controlling itself. And then they can do whatever they want, whenever they want, with a perfect scapegoat. The greatest atrocities ever seen can be conducted with no accountability. It's like having an infinite get out of jail free card.

The cope is palpable
Radar graphs are among the worst ideas in data visualization. The whole point of them is to show the area and you can usually reorder the labels freely in order to create a desired dramatic effect. Two versions of the same graph: - left one tells the story that AI is rapidly replacing whole industries - right one shows the "jaggedness" and reinforces the idea that humans will always have something that AI won't be able to replicate

Until the crypto community goes back to cypherpunk roots we're cooked. Tradfi capture ain't it boss. Build something disruptive.

Claude gave me my first jaw drop moment in AI. The hype definitely isn't exaggerated. White collar work as we know it today is done.

Don't see a lot of AI videos on the timeline anymore. Either the novelty wore off and people don't care or I can't tell anymore.
