5 things I check first when a Shopify store isn't converting: 1. Mobile speed (>3s = dead) 2. Cart page friction 3. Klaviyo abandoned cart flow 4. Product page above the fold 5. Checkout field count Most "traffic" problems are actually conversion problems.
