#Neighbours 2013 - mid 2016
Over the last 12 months I’ve been catching up on 3.5 years of Neighbours. Which is a lot. I feel like I need to decompress and share my views on various different characters. In no particular order 🧵

This two episode Bernie Sutton storyline is more intense than I was expecting.

#OnThisDay in 1997, Helen passed away in her sleep. This was Anne Haddy's final episode as Helen, having played her since the first episode in 1985. This episode had no credits, showing stills of Helen through the years instead

I’ve just realised that in 1985 Phillip Martin 1.0 was 35 and Jim Robinson was 38 and I’m not sure how to process this information.

I was already an absolute mess, but this released a whole new wave of tears 😭
Brilliant. Perfect. #Neighbours #CelebratingNeighbours
I don’t know if this is a controversial opinion but young Lucy is really fucking annoying.

Phillip Martin 1.0 is so different to (THE) Phillip Martin that I’m used to, I just can’t think of them being the same character.

What the hell is this Smugglers place that everyone in Ramsay street frequents. The sooner they build Lassiters the better.

Haven’t managed to watch #ClassicNeighbours for over a week.
Forgot about bleeding Wendy 🤦🏻♀️
#Neighbours
Sorry but who the hell is this Wendy? Why is a 16 yo friends with Ana? Why has she just turned up? Why has Maria let a total stranger stay with her and not rung her sister and checked who the bloody hell Wendy is? And why does she talk like that?!

I know his return was brief but I’ll forever be grateful to Guy Pearce for treating the show with respect and returning for an actual storyline.

Loved the first few series of Heartbreak High
#OnThisDay 27 September 1994
UK viewers got their first glimpse of Hartley High school when HEARTBREAK HIGH aired at 6.25 on BBC2.
Often regarded as more gritty and fast-paced than many of its contemporaries, the series ran until 1999, with the BBC co-funding from 1996.
