Hiring at my agency (Emplicit):
Looking for someone who’s been living in AI automation tools—Cursor, Claude Code, N8N, Make, Apps Script—and actually shipping.
The right person is probably building their own stuff on nights/weekends and needs stable income while it takes off.
What you get:
∙All AI tools paid for (use them on your own projects too, we don’t care)
∙Paid to learn. YouTube rabbit holes on new AI features? That’s work now.
∙2-week sprints on real problems, no bureaucracy
∙Path to leading our AI team in 12 months
20 hrs/week to start. Remote, within a few hours of PST.
major dad win- threw my kids test results in claude and then had it build out a baseball themed workbook one level up from his current score.
then this morning he grabbed the book and did the first section completely on his own

I am so happy to be part of MDS. It was my first real eCom group and the place where I found a tribe. I have gotten so much help and grown so much and give back to them however I can. This time was in the form of being interviewed by Forbes.

fellow home cooks, how do you decide what brand of miso to buy? might be the most confusing section in the asian market
also if anyone wants to start a premium miso brand in a glass container with me hmu
Kid is at the age where every single book he brings home from the school library is about baseball- I freiking love it.
Also insane stat lines by Ty Cobb. He must’ve been absolutely terrible to be around bc he’s got the stats to justify #1 of all time and no one talks about him
What’s the best way people are using astra and fable collabing with each other? Can you run one vis cli in the other? Astra so much better for execution but fable better for big picture and UX

META PERMANENT BAN …..HELP!
Our business account for Bearly Art was permanently banned on Meta due to age restrictions.
Somehow personal accounts had gotten linked to the business account, and in the process of removing them when our team went to enter the start date they put in the LLC formation date not realizing it was birthday.
So the system thinks the account is underage now, and when we sent an appeal with ID of my business partner they denied it and permanently banned the account.
We’ve spent 6 figures + in advertising through meta and 7 years growing these accounts……
Any advice or help?! Support is saying they can’t do anything and it’s permanently banned……

I am hiring our very first creative strategist to come work with us at Popsmith.
As to why we're hiring, I have an amazing jack of many trades contractor who is overseeing the ad account and the creative direction of things, but we want someone who's got a complimentary approach to come in and help us systematize things and come up with great new ideas.
Why now? I always thought Popsmith might be a seasonal brand, and it still might, but our efforts of good creative has helped us find a much higher floor. In June we spent 180K in the Meta account and on pace to do that in July. These are supposed to be my slowest months. I expect us to do half our revenue in November/December alone.
We're big believers in contract to hire, so we want to end this with a full time role, but we're starting with hourly work to make sure we find a great working synergy.
If you're interested, email me :)

Today we're launching our second crowdfunding raise for Popsmith on StartEngine!
We're doing this for 3 reasons:
- We can keep our growth going (150% yoy so far)
- The adoption of our consumables has been so good that we want to do more.
- We want to expand our team
Ask ?'s-
If you run variation-heavy catalogs (apparel, supplements, accessories) and want to break our alpha before everyone gets it, hmu.
Best feedback we get is from the people with the messiest catalogs.
