As many of you know, in recent days Data Republican has been releasing transcripts, videos and audio recordings of a group of groups plotting to use violence to force President Trump to take protective actions (i.e., the Insurrection Act) that will result in the overthrow of our Constitution in favor of the will of Democrat governors. These groups include former USAID employees and other ex-national security officials, and the plans they discuss are straight out of the color revolution tactics, techniques and procedures those same people have been using for decades to overthrow foreign governments unfriendly to the USA. This is the biggest news story in decades, right? Yet no one in the mainstream media will touch it. Except to defend it. See the below headline from today’s Washington Post (I’ll link to the full article below). The plotters behind this effort are obviously alarmed by the recent public uncovering of their conspiracy, so they have done what any reputable Democrat determined to overthrow the electoral choices of the American people would do: run to a friendly press outlet to drop a soft-pedaled puff piece to run top cover for their efforts, and blame Trump. If you read this article, it does not talk about a coup conspiracy. Instead it talks about a bunch of well-meaning, patriotic, anonymous ex-national security officials simply trying to protect America from the evil dictator Trump destroying “our democracy.” This article itself is straight out of the color revolution tactics—it’s propaganda designed to condition a populace to accept illegitimate actions. The Washington Post is part of the plot. Stay frosty, friends. This will get worse before it gets better.

The things that Data Republican is currently revealing are so outrageous and so shocking that many federal government insiders are simply dismissing them as being "not possible." Such people are wearing the blinders of human nature. Their loyalty to the institution of the federal government they were/are a part of blinds them to the misdeeds of people from that same institution. My article below explains; it's super short (~500 words). Please read if so inclined.

SWINGERS turns 30 today. Jon Favreau wrote the screenplay in 10 days, drawing on his own struggles as an actor in LA after a breakup. The film turned his real-life frustrations into the indie comedy that helped launch his & Vince Vaughn’s careers.

The idea that mega billions in social welfare fraud ended up in the hands of ragtag recent immigrants is hilarious. There is no way that the powerful didn't cut themselves in on -- and organize -- one of the greatest orgies of legalized theft in human history.

Chris Van Hollen posted Thursday defending Ilhan Omar but was afraid to say she’s innocent. Most of her defenders are in the same boat. That’s because they see the walls closing in around Omar. Her actions, along with the investigation, make her look increasingly guilty. He posted that the inquiry is the result of seven-plus years of Trump’s attacks on her, Somali-Americans, and the Muslim community. He called it a “fascistic abuse of power” and warned that if they can do this to a sitting congresswoman, they can do it to anyone. He never says Omar is innocent. That omission is the tell. Van Hollen isn’t arguing that Omar’s immigration documents were accurate or that the birth-date claims against her are baseless. He’s arguing that the inquiry itself is illegitimate because it involves a Democratic member of Congress. The standard he applies isn’t whether the law was followed. It’s whether the person under review is on his side. Democrats have used the same move for years. When someone they support is accused of misrepresenting facts on immigration forms, they skip the records and go straight to claims of abuse of power. Being elected doesn’t create an exception to the rules that govern how status is obtained. Van Hollen treats enforcement against Omar as an attack on entire communities rather than a review of specific paperwork. This fits Van Hollen’s record. He has repeatedly stepped in for people facing removal and framed those cases as evidence that the system itself is the problem. Supporting Omar against a citizenship review is consistent with that approach. He’s not asking whether her immigration forms were correct. He’s saying the administration shouldn’t be allowed to check. No one is above immigration law because they hold office. Van Hollen’s post makes clear he wants the inquiry stopped regardless of what the records show. That’s his position, it’s hypocrisy, and he’s proudly displaying it.

What are the chances that a private plane took off from Austin and flew to tiny Hamilton airport in Ohio which is 20 mins from the Lindner Center, a private inpatient mental health treatment facility, and then turned around and flew back to Austin landing yesterday morning at 10:24am right before James Talarico magically reappears at the Austin City Limits music festival that afternoon? Lindner Center also happens to be the same facility that Talarico’s good friend and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo spent 7 weeks in when she had a mental breakdown 3 years ago… So many coincidences!

Do you want to know what's at stake this November? Right now, House committee dems are developing ideas for potential oversight actions (hearings, leg items, reports, etc). They are preparing *now* for a win in November, so they can begin a full court press in January. This will cover every department and agency action from the routine (eg reprogramming funds from pet programs) to the more involved (Maduro, cartel strikes, etc). The House has historically been the chamber dedicated to the theater portion of “political theater” but if the Dems win, expect it to look like a musical of organized chaos. There will be a lot of throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. And committee leaders will use their positions to figure out what attacks are resonating and which ones aren’t. The focus will be more on the bread and butter issues: healthcare, affordability, etc. And expect House Dems to come together on legislative items to push that message on bills that will allow them to make Senate Rs look like they are against making living more affordable for American workers. The culture wars will also be on the table, but it will be focused less on making points you'd hear from the Western Mass covid conscious bar patrons, and more on constituencies that have traditionally represented core voting blocks for Dems (women, minorities, etc). To the extent there will be any DSA-esque talking points mirrored- it will be those intersectionality issues that connect class-conscioussness with race-consciousness, and framed in subtle and not-entirely-accurate ways like "the disappearing Black middle class." And because no member of this administration will want to cooperate with any policy and/or character assassination attempts by the House, expect support for these efforts from the usual suspects and new players of DC think tanks and advocacy orgs. [Side note: a good tell of whether a "Committee Report" is substantively driven vs theater driven: is it authored by both sides or just one (with minority views), does it lift whole passages or policy points from outside orgs, and was any agency involved in creating it?] To the extent the American people want to see a focus on real, workable policies that *actually* help families and working class Americans, do not look to the House. Assuming the House does flip, and the Senate stays like it (with possibly thinner margins), you can expect even less (no, don't laugh) from Congress next year.

American an European friends, I’m so ashamed, but you need to see what France has become. Don’t make the same mistakes we did. The only peaceful solution is to send them back to their countries of origin they love so much. We cannot coexist. It will be them, or us.

The author of this insanity holds a PhD, which explains sooooo much (he blocks me so I cannot quote-post). Education and knowledge are not the same thing. In fact, they often stand in stark opposition to each other. All human beings who have ever flown in a helicopter understand that--unless you are wearing a headset--shouting is the only way to communicate when the engine is running. TDS is a sad, sad thing to behold, particularly when the sufferer is a highly "educated" fool.

The terrific Boston Globe lesbian bar story was, I must say, a kind of County Highway story in terms of style, content, and sociopolitical irreverence. (Please subscribe to CH, btw.) America is so tired of the dumb BS, and even once-timid hipsters are breaking out of mind jail now. The truth is the country has changed under Trump and become widely conscious of its absurd, MSM-installed and bureaucrat-policed orthodoxies. Even the "culture class" is starting to admit this after a decade of willed obtuseness. It wants in on the game of noticing -- and confessing to noticing -- our shared reality. No class is more competive, either. Which means the race is on. Just watch.
