Currently ranked #8 on #DeFiLlama, including the Ethereum mainnet, our only direction is upward, especially since the initiation of NewParadigm. In the fast-evolving Web3 ecosystem, adopting and adapting the best strategies quickly is key to significant growth. @MantaNetwork has embraced a #NewParadigm akin to #BLAST_L2 , but with a more refined approach. With Celestia's support, it offers an optimal environment for DeFi development and presents a compelling narrative in the ecosystem. The reduced gas fees and the strengthened network, tested in various scenarios, further bolster its position. The DeFi-first growth strategy, led by @superanonymousk , @victorJi15 and the core team's insightful marketing, has integrated this leading-edge approach into the chain, greatly enhanced by the efforts of dedicated and skilled dApp teams. Now, it's our turn to step up. To optimize the use of our strong liquidity in the Manta ecosystem, we are rolling out the following roadmap: Improving LTV: Since our last LTV increase, there's been a notable uptick in larger loans. This allows users to efficiently leverage LayerBank's extensive liquidity for use in other applications. Implementing Manta's Staking Pool on Pacific: Users will be able to stake Manta easily on the Pacific, instead of the Atlantic. These stakes can then be liquidated and used as collateral on LayerBank. Additionally, we plan to transfer the accruing voting power back to users through LayerBank's upcoming governance updates. Listing #Eigenlayer's Liquid Restaking Token (LRT): This move aligns with the current dominant narrative and aims to enhance Ethereum's overall security. Manta has been considering this LRT strategy since NewParadigm's early days. As a lending platform, we intend to leverage Stone's activated LRT as collateral, boosting capital efficiency. Implementing Isolated Lending Markets: This will allow various ecosystem DApp tokens to be integrated without compromising security. Over time, this could evolve into a leverage vault, further solidifying LayerBank's position as a robust DeFi liquidity hub within the Manta network. LayerBank, while not modular, offers significant composability as a lending platform. It’s poised to be a versatile and far-reaching platform, with potential synergies greatly amplifying as its liquidity begins to be more extensively utilized within the Manta network.
