I contacted the customer service support who looked into the matter for me, I was made aware that the store was operating without management and that was the reason for the delay.

6 weeks the CANARY WHARF store had my bike. Only to collected with a DAMAGED bike £130 out of pocket in unforeseen travel expenses. Unworanted upset and disappointment, false promises, repeated missed deadlines and after all that I’m back to sq one
