Proud to have done my bit on this.
We are a long way from being a fully inclusive union, while Trans Women are excluded.
However visibility matters for those in the community that work in, can play and support, so they know England rugby support them.
More work to do 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Wow, an inspiration.

Whilst we welcome the visibility and support that World rugby are showing here, they need to go far further to support the inclusion of the Trans community.
Rugby should be a game for all and the studies to show that is right need WR funding.

Very proud coach!
A lot of hard work, showing up to training, putting up with my co-coach and me!
75% of the team only started playing in September, they have had some big losses but worked to put our game plan together today.
Well done 4th XV @KXSteelers
