Underrated life advice: Have a Bad-Day Protocol. Go for a walk. Eat something clean. Hit a workout. Take a long shower. Get to bed early. Whatever. You don’t need to solve every problem when you’re at your worst. You need a few moves that stop a bad day from becoming a bad week.

I hate flying. The claustrophobia issues I have...its controlled a bunch of stuff in my life.
I read this book last month on panic attacks.
Its the only book I've read that has made a difference.
It hasn't cure my claustrophobia, but last month I had the best flight I've had in 15 years. Sharing so other f*cked up people can get fixed.
I’m so disappointed by the movie’s lack of storytelling. One of the worse movies this year
@A24 c’mon man
‘THE DEATH OF ROBIN HOOD’, starring Hugh Jackman, is now streaming on HBO Max.
See which other movies just got added to HBO Max: bit.ly/OctHBO26

My first employee is Indian
He's like a brother to me
He took a chance on us before anyone
We've been trying to meet in-person for 3 years
His visa got rejected for our France trip this summer
(Ok, it's France. My expectations are low for the French government)
But now the US just rejected him for a quick work trip.
I know the government is cracking down on Indian immigrants, but we just wanted to have him out to hang and work for a week and meet the team. This is extremely different.
What's craziest to me:
The US embassy didn't even give him a fair interview. Didn't ask questions, look at docs, or his passports. Even after multiple signed letters by me and working with his lawyers.
He's the most loyal, hardworking, dude I've met and literally only takes days off for meditation retreats (even when I tell him to go get some sleep).
He embodies the American spirit more than many Americans! We'd be a better country to have him even for a week.
This is America.
We take chances on people.
He believed in me when no one else did
I believe in him
Can anyone please help?
I really don’t understand why companies are not using AI to pre-hack key sites or infra? Am I missing something?
With every new “major” model, the company security team should run a hacking protocol
Imagine if our drinking water is hacked, oops everyone has salmonela…

Quest Diagnostics has been hacked. Patient data was exposed. They serve roughly half of U.S. hospitals and physicians. Investigation ongoing.

Every software company should steal this.
When a new customer hits a milestone, a note from the founder pops up asking what they need.
So far 15% of people who see it reply.
Most tell me they are stuck on some issue.
Testing whether it lifts activation and subscriptions.

Bitget was hit today.
We traced one of the main onchain clusters, and after moving through multiple wallets, 40,000 ETH was split evenly across four addresses.
All four are still holding. A thread 🧵
Here is what we can confirm at this stage:
On the attack:
Our security team has made initial progress in tracing the source. The attacker compromised a critical backend system within our wallet infrastructure, used it to spoof transaction data, and triggered our authorization process to move funds out. Private key compromise has been ruled out — this excludes the more severe risk scenarios. Loss containment is confirmed. No further unauthorized transfers are possible. The specific method of system intrusion remains under active investigation. A full technical report will follow once confirmed.
On withdrawal restoration:
Multiple technical teams are working in parallel on system remediation and security hardening. Withdrawal restoration is being prepared in parallel. We will announce a timeline as soon as one is confirmed — we will not commit to a window we cannot guarantee.

Today’s news that OpenAI hacked the Australian government is not an isolated incident. We’re releasing more than 30,000 logs that include activity from this hack and attempts against previously unknown targets.
In this data, we found rogue agent activity stretching back to at least March, two months earlier than was previously known. This activity continues as recently as last week, suggesting it may still be ongoing 🧵

I’m hiring a Head of Technical Investing to lead the work on my personal investments.
My work at Abundance is shaping my view of how long-running agents, continuous improvement, and proprietary data will change entire industries. This perspective has led me to invest in Cognition, SSI, Instinct, Forus, and Trajectory, among others.
I’m looking for someone to take ownership of this function: sourcing and evaluating opportunities, investigating the technology and business independently, and bringing me well-supported investment recommendations.
You should be able to go extremely deep technically while keeping in mind the commercial implications. Former founders are especially welcome. Investing experience is also valuable. You don’t need to arrive having done every part of the job.
This is a 12- to 18-month tour of duty for someone thinking seriously about what to build next. You’ll spend that time evaluating companies, technologies, and markets in depth, sharpening your judgment about what you want to build or join afterward. I’ll support you in that next step. This will be intense, and that should be part of the appeal.
Send me the following:
- One or two areas where you have exceptionally deep expertise. These can be in any field, however niche—I want to understand your strengths and where you’ve had substantial firsthand exposure.
- An investment idea you’ve researched deeply: what others are missing and the evidence behind your view.

After co-inventing ChatGPT, I kept asking myself: why have superhuman chat models not led to AGI?
I’ve spent the last 2 years in stealth building a new way to train models (RLCD), and a new type of frontier AI model that we are releasing today: Jev
• 20-200x faster
• 40-400x cheaper (w/ output tokens free)
• Frontier composable intelligence optimized for decisions
AFAICT the shortest path to AI-based economic revolution
