Indeed! There's so many to choose from even that would be a hard decision. Banana, blueberry, lemon, chocolate silk, coconut, cherry, pistachio.... There are *countless* varities to make if you're imaginative enough. Like layering chocolate, cherry and pistachio for spumoni pie!
