Wrapped up the DELVERS: THE EMBER DEPTHS gameplay session on Discord on @5th_Kingdom and it was a great experience.
I chose to play as the Mage, and I really enjoyed the playstyle.

Over the past few weeks, while using @sleepagotchi more closely, what caught my attention is that its focus isn't simply on sleep more. It considers sleep in conjunction with daily habits, decision making processes, and long term health data.
Today's post perfectly summarizes this. It's said that a person makes approximately 35,000 decisions a day, and a large portion of these are actually influenced by how we slept the previous night.
