Curious Question🤔
Can there be a mandatory review and feedback system while voting on @Catalyst_onX ?
In our opinion, it will solve two major issues:
1) the intent and genuinity of the voters/reviewers will become clearer. Might result in only genuine and healthy votes and reduce the dummy votes count.
2) the projects (both funded & unfunded) might get a better idea on the areas to improve and what helped them getting the votes.
Not sure if this is already implemented or getting implemented in the next fund, but should eventually promote a healthy transparent voting process!

🚨Fund14 Results Update
Fund14 was another giant leap ⏩
Sometimes experiments don’t go as planned, we’re adapting to keep things fair, trusted and transparent.
F14 Voting itself worked really well
The final tallying step in the process, introducing the quadratic formula,
produced an outcome that just doesn't make any sense for Cardano right now.

Yes, we are a pre-mainnet project and have been on testnet earlier. The entire purpose of the catalyst proposal is to make sure we bring our micro-insurance solution to Cardano mainnet & the community users.
@yutazzz is correct in mentioning that our innovative integration modes allow the UX to be simple enough to make insurance a default part of all transactions on-chain.
Our vision has always been to make insurance a core part of the web3 industry, because that is how we aim for mass adoption. We believe that in web3, Insurance isn't a luxury, it is a necessity💎

Publishing my Fund 14 voting decisions.
My priority is adoption. Cardano needs more users, more transactions, and more builders. So I give weight to proposals that:
- Grow users or enterprise usage, increase DeFi activity and liquidity (including stablecoin usage and on/off-ramps)
- Strengthen developer tooling so teams can ship faster
- Deliver clear, real world use cases people outside crypto can understand
Beyond adoption, here’s the rest of my framework:
Each proposal gets a 3-level rating per criterion: High / Medium / Low
Weights reflect my focus on adoption.
- Adoption Impact
Does it add users, txs, liquidity, or integrations?
- From Problem to Solution Fit
Is this a core blocker for Cardano now, and does the approach actually solve it?
- Team Capability
Relevant track record
- Scope Clarity
Lean scope, outcomes you can verify within 6–12 months.
