I really enjoyed doing Bandon By The Dunes Realtee's website design/build. It was my biggest website build yet totaling around 124 hrs start to finish. Shout-out to the RMLS distribution services department for making the onboarding and IDX API integration a breeze.

+1 Tried to layer all of them over images of myself but GPT keeps flagging it inappropriate/explicit even though I have underwear on :/ ffs... Every other image generator I tried is horrible. @grok looks cartoony and childish. It can't listen to simple instructions. Any recs?
