Since when are chicken wings not substantive food, but sandwiches are? I went to a bar mandating a $1 white bread/PBJ in saran wrap with every order to meet the food requirement. Would have preferred chicken wings.

I've used this exact story many times in talking with wealth firms about client experience and expectation. Far too few firms perform exit interviews or look at data tends that lead to client attrition. Do your client exit interviews!
