🧪 We Own Labs
@yonks made some slight progress today towards rebranding from "Web3 Freedom Club" into @WeOwnLabs by @WeOwnNetwork in @3winSocial ecosystem.
This is to fulfill:
🗳｜WeOwn-IP-6｜Rebrand as 🧪 We Own Labs

🧵 1/
𝕏 ... let's get this platform updated first!!
Transitioned from our previous @Web3FreedomClub to @WeOwnLabs accounts here on 𝕏. We do not have a big following, but seems like best practices.
Including screenshots from both 𝕏 accounts.
🧵 2/
We use @SnapshotLabs for our #DAO Governance (voting) portal.
Made some updates here as well for rebranding!!

NOTE: still planning to transition to WeOwnLabs.eth but that is lower priority.

@WyomingSOS recently updated their online formation process for DAO LLC
🧵/1 - thread with additional details
@yonks had previously registered Web3 Freedom Club DAO LLC in Wyoming on 07Jul2023 but the article with #DAO #SmartContract details (Article #6) did not properly save.

Step 6️⃣ Register as a #DAO LLC
We prefer doing business with @WyomingSOS. No experience (yet) with optional service: @doolaHQ
If you are curious, here is the verbiage we used for "Article 6", the required DAO addendum:
===
Web3 Freedom Club DAO LLC is an algorithmically managed Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). The notice of restrictions on duties and transfers appear in the operating agreement. Web3 Freedom Club DAO LLC has a hybrid DAO Governance model viewable at vote.Web3Freedom.Club {1} Proof of Membership (ERC-721) Polygon SmartContract address: 0xc36ae6aa2e6050356ae342f1d8d8b5c0e46c76dc which can be viewed at polygonscan.com/token/0xc36a… and {2} Proof of Contribution (ERC-20) Polygon SmartContract address: 0x4a18248a6228f283e8a11ddd28c740142249112f which can be viewed at polygonscan.com/token/0x4a18…
