Got my ballot. Went straight to I-645. It repeals the 9.9% tax on income over $1 million. And it bans an income tax on the rest of us. Then read the last line the AG put on it. Repealing it "would decrease funding for public K-12 education, higher education, and human services." Not a fact. A warning label. Written by the side that wants the tax. It works, too. One poll asked it two ways. With that sentence, keep the tax 57%, repeal 35%. Without it, 44% to 40%. One sentence. 22 points. They start with millionaires. They never stop at millionaires. Read the whole thing. Then fill in your bubble like you mean it. What line on your ballot made you mad, Warriors?

Fascism and Nazism are actually leftist ideologies: “Mussolini, the originator of fascism, was lionized by the left, both in Europe and in America, during the 1920s. Even Hitler, who adopted fascist ideas in the 1920s, was seen by some, including W.E.B. Du Bois, as a man of the left.” “It was in the 1930s, when ugly internal and international actions by Hitler and Mussolini repelled the world, that the left distanced themselves from fascism and its Nazi offshoot—and verbally transferred these totalitarian dictatorships to the right, saddling their opponents with these pariahs.”
Thomas Sowell explains why fascism and Nazism are left-wing ideologies: “Back in the 1920s, however, when fascism was a new political development, it was widely—and correctly—regarded as being on the political left.” “Jonah Goldberg’s great book ‘Liberal Fascism’ cites overwhelming evidence of the fascists’ consistent pursuit of the goals of the left, and of the left’s embrace of the fascists as one of their own during the 1920s.” “Mussolini, the originator of fascism, was lionized by the left, both in Europe and in America, during the 1920s. Even Hitler, who adopted fascist ideas in the 1920s, was seen by some, including W.E.B. Du Bois, as a man of the left.” “It was in the 1930s, when ugly internal and international actions by Hitler and Mussolini repelled the world, that the left distanced themselves from fascism and its Nazi offshoot—and verbally transferred these totalitarian dictatorships to the right, saddling their opponents with these pariahs.” “What socialism, fascism and other ideologies of the left have in common is an assumption that some very wise people—like themselves—need to take decisions out of the hands of lesser people, like the rest of us, and impose those decisions by government fiat.” Source: “Socialist or Fascist?” (2012)

"Free healthcare" sounds wonderful. But the Fraser Institute estimates that the average Canadian family of four paid over $21,000 in taxes toward public healthcare in 2026. "Free" still comes with quite a heavy price tag — it's just hidden. washingtonexaminer.com/resto…

Surround yourself with people who see a flying car and say, "Awesome!" Not people who see a flying car and say, "It's not actually flying" or "I don't see the point." This post is not about cars :)

In a private Zoom Meeting, Democrat Nominee for Texas Senate James Talarico says Capitalism is linked to white supremacy and climate change and needs to be dismantled. “And I think only understanding the ways that all three of those oppressive systems work together are we going to be able to begin the process of dismantling them.”

What they said. What they did. 2005: Washington dedicated part of the cigarette tax to the Education Legacy Trust Account. 2011: Lawmakers moved that revenue to the General Fund, retroactive to July 1, 2010. The education account lost an estimated $145.7 million in the 2011-13 budget. Before 2012: State law sent a share of spirits sales taxes to cities and counties. 2012: Lawmakers sent that money to the General Fund for a full year. An estimated $28.8 million cities and counties did not get. Then they set up a $10 million a year transfer out of the local share. It is still in the law today. Now Olympia says the new income tax will fund schools and other services. The law puts that money in the General Fund. The same place the cigarette money and the spirits money ended up. An earmark lasts until the next budget. That is not my opinion. That is the record. IP26-645 repeals the income tax. Where I stand: YES. Where April Berg stands: she voted for the income tax. Where do you stand? Vote accordingly and be heard November 3rd. Audit before ask. Reminder that a jihadist on Fort Hood was reported to his chain of command multiple times. Reminder that this was ignored due to fears of racism / DEI. Reminder that the Ft Hood shooting was labelled "workplace" violence by Obama and the FBI to cover-up Islamic terrorism.

It's incredible how a state run by democrats keeps blaming President Trump for everything they did Reminder: Democrats passed the Climate Commitment Act, which spiked gas prices in WA, then dumped millions into efforts to fight its repeal

This is impressive self-sabotage, Amazon. Hiring the woman who made me give up on the MCU after you fired the men who made Stargate great, really doesn’t inspire confidence or good will. Enjoy yet another Prime bomb.
EXCLUSIVE: "WandaVision" creator Jac Schaeffer is developing a new "Stargate" TV series for Amazon MGM Studios. This will be Amazon's second attempt at a new "Stargate" series. It was previously reported that Martin Gero was working on a new TV entry in the sci-fi franchise, but that project ultimately did not move forward. wp.me/pc8uak-1lHVXB

Even if we restrict welfare to citizens only, they’ll just make everyone a citizen. The only solution is to end the welfare state entirely.

An often overlooked fact of the Oct 7 massacre is that the people killed at the music festival and the kibbutz and surroundings were almost all unarmed left wing Israelis who wanted peace with Palestinians and a 2 state solution. That idea was also killed by Hamas.

Oct 7 was clarifying for me. As @DouglasKMurray said it was like a flare went up and you could see where everyone was standing.
Hamas is threatening to execute Jewish hostages live on TV and people are in the streets cheering for this shit. I’m losing my fucking mind. Absolute madness.
