On this World Suicide Prevention Day, I want to emphasise that mental health matters just as much as physical health.
As I reflect on someone I lost. It drives home how fragile life can be. Not everyone knows how to seek help or feels they can be helped.
but that doesn’t mean we can’t show we care.
Let’s make an effort to extend kindness and reach out to those who might be struggling. Sometimes, just letting someone know you’re there for them can make a huge difference.

Tusla is becoming the modern day version of Mother and Baby Homes. We urgently need reforms: stricter supervision, proper vetting in immigration policies.
