At CHES we ran our first 'Wave Rangers' trip this week. The project aims to open hearts and minds of our students to the positive energy of nature, volunteering, and conservation. We spent a morning with the 'St Agnes Marine Conservation Group' exploring the rocky shore ecology.

After being cleaned and repaired, they'll be sold at affordable prices at @WaveProject's shop in Newquay.

The WAVE Project is regularly used as an intervention for our pupils. Our students all enjoy the time they spend with the staff there and enjoy being out in beautiful Newquay! Another example of how Blue space can be beneficial in supporting mental health!

From Tuesday (28th) Newquay charity @WaveProject , is aiming to raise £100,000 in a week.
It's been selected to take part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge. Donations will be doubled so they need to raise £50,000 to reach the £100k target.
